JD was recommended by the towing service (Terry's Towing - also a great company). The boat and trailer were towed to JD's shop. I can't say enough positive things about this company! They ran out and found the spring we needed from a supplier, came back and installed it immediately. We were back on the road in just a few hours. They were friendly, helpful and very, very reasonably priced. Steve was awesome to work with. Being from out-of-town, we were worried about the type of service and pricing we would receive. I knew what was wrong with the GPS as the people at Mentor Kia told me what was wrong, so when I made an appointment to have it repaired there, I told them the problem and said there might be an issue with the warranty company. They charged me $130 for a diagnosis on a problem THEY told me had and then called the warranty company who refused to honor the warranty. I feel I was ripped off for $130. The service advisor said her people do not work for free (which I certainly agree with), but the amount for a 5-minute look at a problem they had already diagnosed was unreasonable. They also knew there might be a problem with the warranty company, yet they did not verify the status before ripping me off for $130. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth about this dealership which had always been great in the past. What makes me madder is that not only did the service advisor refuse to bend on the fee once I realized what was happening is that I contacted the General Manager who did not even bother to respond to my complaints.

I provided all requested documentation, including multiple videos and details for my trade-in. This was a $149,000 G63, and I was explicitly sent a deposit link, which I completed the same day it was provided. The vehicle had been sitting on their lot for nearly a month, yet I was told shortly after submitting my deposit that another buyer had already placed a deposit before me. That timing simply doesn't make sense. If the vehicle was already spoken for, the deposit link should have been revoked or I should have been contacted before being allowed to submit payment. The dealership knew this was the specific vehicle I was actively pursuing and that financing and trade-in steps were already in motion. Allowing a customer to move forward with financing approvals, trade-in documentation, and a deposit--only to later claim the vehicle was already sold--is not fair and not how a reputable dealership should conduct business. Especially for out-of-state buyers, trust and clear communication are critical. I would strongly recommend buyers look for a dealership that operates transparently and values their customers' time and trust. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that.

I brought them my set of wheels off of my ktm to mount new tubeless tires. The bike has less than 2000 miles and this was the first tire change. When I get them home I realize neither wheel will hold air. Drove 35 minutes back to cycle gear and spoke with Rob and asked if he could remove the tires and see if there is any issue. KTM like other manufacturers uses 2 bands which seals the spokes from leaking the air inside the tire. After removal I noticed the band on both wheels had been punctured. Rob said that there wasn't anything they could do about the damage to the bands because it wasn't visible damage on the exterior. I paid $108 to have the tires mounted, both wheels were rideable and in perfect condition when I brought them in, now neither will hold air and I have to buy parts to have someone else remount the tires. Rob said the best they could do was refund me half of what I paid for the mounting service( $54). Very disappointed in the customer service and lack of accountability
