We had nothing but problems with our previous propane company, with missed delivery dates, unreturned phone calls and service requests, and poor customer service. Brandi at Propane West Coast was so lovely and told me someone was in our area and would give me a call back shortly. Josh called very quickly, we explained our situation to him, and we were very grateful he was able to bring us a new tank that very day. He and Nick were extremely professional, experienced, and even helped us set up their app on our phones to monitor our propane usage and amount in our tank. I highly recommend Propane West Coast. I am so glad my family made the switch last year to Propane West Coast. It was one of the best decisions we made after moving up to Oak Glen. Our previous company would leave us without propane in the middle of winter TWO years in a row and now that we are with Propane West Coast we never have to worry about our fill. They come right on time and give us a fill as soon as we need it. The only thing I wish was different is that I wish we had switched to Propane West Coast a LOT sooner than we did. It has been a huge stress relief to work with them. In addition to that, they are very professional, prompt in their responses, and their rates are great. As cliche as this is to say... I wish I could give them more stars. We just switched to PWC and can't say enough good things about them. The are very professional, responsive, great prices and show up when they say they will. We'd been with another propane company for over 10 years and they were rude, would lie and not show up for weeks, leaving us with no propane. I'm so glad we found PWC. Propane West Coast is a great company - responsive, good prices, excellent friendly service, and last but not least a super-nice new tank in white instead of the usual ugly green of most suppliers. Our local long-time propane company was taken over by new owners, the prices went up & the service went down, even letting our tank get empty even though we were on automatic delivery - no bueno! Propane West Coast was recommended by our kids who had switched for the same reason. They had the same "local" outfit who allowed their tank to become dangerously unsafe, again a huge "no bueno". The owners of this company are very knowledgeable in the propane business . A very good customer service oriented ethic . I especially like their smartfill option . This allows for a more efficient business plan . They will be able to fill my tank when needed without running me out of propane . The big corporations don't have the personal service I feel is necessary to keep my business . My service tech was very nice . He also addressed my questions and safety concerns .
