My husband called Proper Plumbing recently and they seemed willing to come out earlier if we had an urgent issue (but we didn't) and we wanted to do it after Thanksgiving. My husband received an email confirming the appt and this morning, a phone call advising when Clint would be coming out to give an estimate - it was inexpensive, and would be applied toward repairs if we chose them. We had already opened up a couple spaces to access a sewer pipe that needed to be replaced and Clint gave a very reasonable estimate to have it done, so we decided to go forward and he immediately went to get the supplies and came back to do the work.
