After going to 3 local Phoenix salons, I finally tried Ide. "Try Ide!" They got the weave/foil/highlights RIGHT! Susan was very personable and did a great job. The Aveda products were very gentle on my poor abused hair, yet they brought out the bright blonde. A toner wasn't even required bc Susan got the color perfect. Yes, the lighting in the salon isn't great and the place could use a deep clean service and a fresh coat of paint, but do you want to pay $400-$500 for highlights/lowlights/cut/blowdry, or do you want to pay $100-$200? Those expensive (& pretentious) salons are making YOU pay for their high end lighting systems, new salon chairs, and nightly cleaning crew. Just some food for thought. Paid my $280 dollars even left a tip and went home happy.... Fast forward to Today on I look at the back of my hair and it's 3 different colors , i immediately called the lady who worked on my hair and sent her pictures , her response was "Oh yes I did see that but It's mostly in the back you can't see it much, and I didn't want to use more bleach on you" I asked her is she saw that why didn't she asked me if I would be ok with that , her answer was " I can fix it , but I would have to add more highlights, to the back of the head , it will be $200" I was very disappointed because the client care was great , she was very nice and we even exchanged phone numbers , I just don't see fair that I have to pay $200 on top of the $280 that I already paid , to have the hair that I was originally promised. If you do decide to go here make sure you check your hair well before leaving, specially the back "sense you can't really see it " ‍
