He showed me how to do specific exercises for this condition and printed them out so I could continue to do it at home. I have been discharged at my request only because I gained the knowledge I needed to continue on my own. I already have experienced improvement in my condition. The front office staff were friendly and helpful. I would go to this facility again. The only downside, if I am forced to give one would be the parking. Their office seems quite popular so finding parking close to the door can be challenging.

He had been experiencing excruciating back pain and his palliative care doctor along with his chiropractor recommended massage therapy to help alleviate some of that pain. Lisa came to our house so Lance didn't have any extra exposure and was so kind. She gave him the best deep tissue massage and he was able to get " a good nights " sleep for the first time in weeks! I got a call back on Monday morning letting me know that I would be charged $99 for not giving them 24 working day notice (their initial paperwork also stated this policy so I knew about it). The person also asked me if I wanted to appeal that fee. I told her no and asked her to cancel my last two appointments. I would have expected the person calling to ask me what my mitigating circumstances were (although I mentioned them in my voice mail) rather than state I was being charged for the not canceling sooner. All in all - if I ever need physical therapy I would never consider a company that did not value me over their cancelation policy epically since they had all Monday morning to attempt to fill that slot. I also learned from the PT that he was really busy at that location. I'm giving two stars since I got some value from the PT but removing three stars since the business is not run very well in my opinion.

We had the best skilled nursing facility(SNF) experience here for our beloved grandmother. After…read moreover a year of making calls to try to move her to a closer facility for our family visits, Claudia was finally able to make it happen for us. She and I had been in touch weekly for over a year and she never lost her patience with me or got annoyed when I called the way other places did. Instead she was apologetic when there wasn't an available bed. The admissions staff was very caring, detailed and informative from the beginning till end. We stayed in close touch with Crystal through the care conferences, when my grandmother had to be sent to the hospital and back, along with when she had to go on hospice. Crystal is kind and considerate. The staff took care of her through her occupational and physical therapy sessions with Alicia and Melody. She was able to self feed and sit up right in a wheelchair again. They got her moving more than she did at her previous SNF. Her dieticians Zakirah and Yesica provided a great diet for her that she enjoyed until she couldn't anymore. I let them know she loves her sweets and they helped make it happen. Her last bites before she passed were pudding and Ensure fed to her by her nurse supervisor, Vivian, who took extra special care during the last days. They built a connection because Vivian spoke Vietnamese to her so naturally our grandma took a liking and was more responsive. Vivian even took the time to stay a little later so she could feed breakfast to her. Dan (charge nurse maybe?), was very detailed, gentle, and graceful in his responses when I called to ask questions about her status. And when he had to break the news, I felt the empathy in his voice over the phone. Her other RN's and CNA's (I'm sorry I don't remember everyone's names) including Adona, have all been a lovely presence in her final stages. My grandma always appeared very clean and fresh and lovely at every visit. The janitorial team is fantastic at what they do too, keeping the facility clean and spotless. Protective PPE is always organized and right outside the door for easy use. It doesn't smell like a SNF. Her last SNF didn't smell clean. Highly recommend this facility and their staff! Thank you for all you have done to take care of her with care, respect, and dignity till her last breath.

They are under LOTS of lawsuits & they violate lotsssss of labor laws. Do NOT send your loved ones here if you love them, this facility will not extend their time here with us.
