Definitely recommended. Polite, professional staff that are great. Not too crowded. The place is clean and very well run.

I had never…read morehad a muscle strain before, and after hearing how long recovery can sometimes take, I was definitely a little nervous. I decided to reach out and see if they could help with the pain and hopefully get me feeling better sooner. Going into my first appointment, I had zero expectations. I was honestly just hoping for some relief and to be able to move around without feeling like I was 90 years old . But wow, they really exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Jordan and Team SP took the time to listen to what happened, figure out where I was hurting, and really assess my injury. I never felt rushed or like they were just trying to get me in and out. What surprised me the most was how much better I felt after each session. I could actually feel the difference after every visit, and it gave me a lot of hope that I was finally on the right track to recovering. Because of the treatment plan they gave me, I was able to swing a golf club again and move around much more comfortably! I really appreciate how much care and attention they put into their clients. You can tell they genuinely want to help you feel better and take the time to make sure you understand what's going on. I'm really glad I decided to come here. I went in with zero expectations and ended up feeling way better than I thought I would! If you're dealing with an injury or pain and looking for a place where they actually listen to you and take the time to help, I definitely recommend coming to Sports Performance!

As a 47-year-old perimenopausal woman dealing with metabolic health issues, I came to strength…read moretraining from a very different perspective than someone who already enjoys the gym or athletics. I had never strength trained before and was honestly intimidated by the entire experience. I worried about getting injured, looking foolish because I didn't know what I was doing, and whether the effort would actually produce meaningful results. I started training with Christian in late April, and I have been genuinely surprised by the progress I've made. Physically, I've dropped a clothing size in both pants and tops, and my DEXA scans show that I've increased lean mass and bone density while losing weight in a calorie deficit, which is especially meaningful to me at this stage of life. Beyond the visible changes, I've also seen improvements in several health markers, which was one of my primary goals going into this process. For me, strength training wasn't about athletic performance--it was about improving my long-term health. One of the biggest reasons I've been successful is the coaching itself. I have low blood pressure and can become lightheaded during heavier lifts, and I also need careful attention to form and knee positioning to avoid injury while still being challenged appropriately. I don't think I would push myself safely or effectively on my own. Christian does an excellent job of finding that balance between encouragement, proper technique, and progressive overload. One of the strongest endorsements I can give is that he has developed a program tailored specifically to my goals, my health concerns, and my abilities. Over time, that has built a level of trust that allows me to focus on the work itself, knowing that each session is designed to move me safely and effectively forward. He is also genuinely passionate about what he does. Every session includes explanations about physiology, training, and conditioning, which I particularly appreciate because I came into this with almost no strength training knowledge. If you're someone who feels intimidated by the gym, is dealing with health concerns, or simply wants knowledgeable coaching that meets you where you are, I highly recommend working with Christian.

I had previously dislocated it years prior and was suffering from persisting issues due to this. I signed up for a yearly plan that offered the ability to come in as much as needed. Which sounded like a very good deal at the time. The first visit he popped my back and cracked my neck... I have to say I actually felt taller after the visit. From this point though I felt a decline in the thoroughness and quality of service. I was satisfied and I had given the place a positive review, but when i tried to cancel my plan because of his long lunch break, and frequent vacations the experience further diminished. Due to work and other responsibilities I was unable to come in during the small window for care and when I did I felt unattended to. I called in to cancel my service, but billing continued. This became a point of disagreement as to when my plan was cancelled. I physically had to come in to suspend service. We argued over the cancellation costs and eventually reached a mid ground. At this time he cited my previously positively toned review on yelp with almost anger implying I was in the wrong. He cited I was the problem after boasting about how many hours a day he "works" and how its not his fault I can't make it in during his hours. Curry gladly took my money and paid no heed to my original complaint. My shoulder was nothing more that a foot note in a brief examination with little diagnostics. Education also was a minor portion of visits.

He wasn't able to see us until the afternoon but said if I couldn't find anyone until then he would get my husband in. He took my name and said he would call me back. Well, while he was very helpful, I hardly expected him to call me back -but he most certainly did. Unfortunately we weren't able to wait and I got my husband into someone else that morning. He said no problem, he was glad we got the help we needed right away. For me, there is something to be said for down right good customer service and we will most definitely be using Dr Curry for any and all of our chiropractic needs.

Casey was pretty knowledgeable and I got some insight on my condition during my first appointment…read more I had a lower back/hip pull later that week on a Friday night so I called their number recording and emailed my PT about cancelling my Monday 2:00 PM appointment. I got a call back on Monday morning letting me know that I would be charged $99 for not giving them 24 working day notice (their initial paperwork also stated this policy so I knew about it). The person also asked me if I wanted to appeal that fee. I told her no and asked her to cancel my last two appointments. I would have expected the person calling to ask me what my mitigating circumstances were (although I mentioned them in my voice mail) rather than state I was being charged for the not canceling sooner. All in all - if I ever need physical therapy I would never consider a company that did not value me over their cancelation policy epically since they had all Monday morning to attempt to fill that slot. I also learned from the PT that he was really busy at that location. I'm giving two stars since I got some value from the PT but removing three stars since the business is not run very well in my opinion.

After that Noora used different techniques of treatment such as deep tissues massages, mobility and strengthening exercises, and she even gave me print-outs of exercises I should be doing at home.
