He requested a large sum for the initial clean up, feeding of plants and more, I agreed. The Initial clean up was done very poorly and when I messaged him the day after he was full of excuses. So I cleaned it all up myself. Keep in mind I agreed to the large sum for the initial service as a part of the promise that he will come to service our property. He never showed up.
