Cup & Char Pepperoni Xtreme Meatball Parm Spicy Italian

Came at about 8pm on a Sunday night. Only people in the restaurant, but lots of walk ins for to gos. Staff was kind and patient, helped up choose and shared their favorites as well. Slices were warmed to perfection and SO good. We tried 3 slices: Cup and char Pepperoni, Meatball Parm, and the Spicy Italian (not spicy by the way, but GREAT flavor!)

Stopped in for a slice. The slices are very thin, and very large, (almost hard to eat by hand). There was a serious lack of sauce and flavor. The only flavor I did get was oddly rosemary, (which was off-putting for pizza IMO). Place feels very cramped inside. Crust and pizza itself lacked any flavor IMO.

I have been waiting for this place to open! The food was so good! The slices are bigger than my kid's head (for scale, he's 11). Everyone was pleasant and we got to meet one of the owners, Jay. He thanked us for coming. Very tasty.

Corner Crust's second location opened less than a week ago and my family was eager to try it. The location is fairly small with seating for about 10-15 inside and maybe 4 tables on the patio. Pizza sizes are 14, 16, and 28 inches while slices come from a 28 inch pie. Most speciality slices are around $7.49 and one slice will fill most people. Slices are ona touch thinner than a NY pie but after eating some of the slice with a fork and knife the rest held the toppings with no flop. The crust was chewy but not necessarily crispy. Got to chat with Jay, one of the owners, who was excited to have a crowd and eager to greet you. He mentioned his partner started Basilico's and Concord and the garlic knots should be similar to theirs - I'm eager to try them. They will have beer and wine soon but it's not available yet. Whether it's a slice onsite or a takeout pie Corner Crust is worth a visit.

five for the road - can I get these stuffed with pancetta and romano?

sitting out of doors cooling off from the world record high temps in eastern cornelius enjoying a good mix on the overhead as the sun sets over the peach cobbler factory... came in on an outright bribe: online coupon for garlic knots with a (modest) qualifying purchase which I met with a pizza boat, baklava, and a beer... full pint of red ale in a glass glass demonstrates a high level of trust that I will neither steal nor break it which is pretty cool on them. knots are light and fluffy with enough oregano to balance the garlics; if only there was a way to stuff 'em with grated romano and pancetta without offending the puritans... it would be like pizza shooters. LoL young lady behind the boxes is tossing and stretching and piza-ing the dough by hand. the feta and spinach pizza boat looks kinda boaty when it comes out, so yeah, and with a crispy bottom for easy eating plus the high rolled gunwales keep the toppings from toppling overboard and make good handles for dipping and eating and stuff. inside is a little short on room with limited seating at a handful of tables; this might be an issue when the weather breaks but for today at least al fresco was fine. Kristian understands and appreciates Spartacus so feel free to do 'that' when you stop in.

The Corner Crust has potential, but right now, adjustments need to be made. The pizza is okay--and NO, bigger isn't always better. While giant slices might be eye catching, they are not a substitute for quality. The crust lacks flavor, and the balance of sauce and cheese just isn't there. Before focusing on novelty-slices, they need to go back to the basics. A great pizza doesn't need gimmicks--it just needs to be great.

Cold pizza, waited 35 minutes for this. Disgusting, will never come again. Save your $6.00 not worth it at all.

20 min for a single slice of pizza. That is pathetic, wasted my entire 30 min break waiting for a slice.

Friendly service. The wait was not long. Pizzas were delicious and super hot. Indoor seating is limited but plenty of patio seating. Specialty pizzas are pricey but worth it. Who offers 28" pizzas? Awesome!

Absolutely amazing and they pay close attention to any food allergies. The staff is absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back soon

The pizza was okay, fairly expensive. We ordered the fried donuts and they tasted like garlic. Need to work out the kinks.

Food Truck Village…read more I hit the back button and it did that thing where it deleted whatever it wanted and it was going to be Trick Village. Would that have driven more or less business? As it stands right now, Food Truck Village is a cool place. It has the potential to be a future tourist destination. Take out the car wash and add a Central Focus--an oversized ice cream truck with universal music. Rework the parking and build walkways through the village and you have yourself a tourist destination. Make sure there are separate paths to each food truck so one truck doesn't get all the first foot traffic. Add a colorful sign with a simple map. All food trucks would benefit immensely. For Mike's Pizza, very good pizza and the owner is friendly. It always feels good to support privately-owned shops. The six-slice pizza is $14 before tax and it takes a while but it's fresh and worth the wait. Definitely recommended. I didn't know where to park since there are no lines and my son (also shown in the pictures) told me I couldn't just park anywhere. Nobody else there so no big deal. You can do the same, but I don't recommend parking in the car wash or in the tent. We shall return to Food Truck Village! Perhaps they can add one more truck for now: Big Truck from Coal Chamber.

It's crispy, charred, and chewy - that's like the trinity of pizza crust in my opinion. 5 stars hands down, I can't believe I haven't ordered here before. I got the sausage pizza and added mushrooms - super solid order if you're looking for inspiration. Both the sausage and mushrooms tasted fresh, and I love the style of sausage they're using. Sometimes it's hit or miss on sausage and this one is a complete hit. Give this truck your business, if we're lucky enough it'll turn into a permanent pizza storefront here in Cornelius someday. We need it!

Their grilled Caesar salad is large enough to share, with deliciously charred romaine and homemade dressing. We also love sharing the arancini when we are not in the mood for a salad. For entrees, you can't go wrong with their pizza. It's one of our top favorites in the CLT area, as it's cooked in a wood-fired oven, and is both crispy and full of toppings. My husband particularly enjoys the Capricciosa, with artichokes, ham, mushroom, basil, and fresh mozzarella. Their calzones are really good, too. I usually get their lasagna, which is served in a bowl and is made to order. Their bolognese has a complex flavor, and the sauce-to-cheese quotient is just perfect. I always have some leftover to take home. If you have room for dessert, I highly recommend the deconstructed cannoli. It's homemade, and divine. Their gelato is well thought-out, served with a side of espresso to soften the ice cream and add a unique flavor. Presentation is carefully and well-thought out. Service is always good as well, no matter what time of day you visit (we prefer early dinners). We love this place, and will keep it on our "short list" for nearby dining!

Novanta 90 Pizzeria Napoletana is located in the Langtree Shopping Center in Mooresville, NC. The…read moreshopping center offers free parking, but I walked over there from the hotel where I was staying. I was warmly greeted when I entered the restaurant. I was seated facing the kitchen in a booth. I just loved the decor with the bricks, open kitchen, and warehouse ceiling. The wood, beams and bricks were reclaimed materials from Manhattan, adds old world charm. The Easter decorations were a nice touch. My amazing waitress created me a mocktail with ginger beer and cranberry. It was colorful and wonderful. It had some tang to it. The Italian restaurant has Neopolitan pizzas and Italian dishes. It was so hard deciding what to select from the menu. If I hadn't just had shrimp, the shrimp scampi would have been what I ordered. Then there was a lasagna with a bechamel sauce I really wanted. But the pizza won out. My waitress talked me into the salad I was debating, too. The salad was Dolce Crostata. It has mixed lettuce, goat cheese, pancetta, candied pecans and golden raisins. I like the salads with fruit, and this one was wonderful. Novanta means 90 in Italian, which is the 90 seconds it takes to cook the pizza. It goes into the 900-degree Italian wood-fired oven. The pizza was a true Neapolitan with the soft, airy crust and a little bit of char on it. It tasted as good as it looked. I wanted a second pizza after my first slice, but I had trouble finishing the first and had to take half of the salad to go. I did love every bite of the margherita pizza and salad. If I lived closer, I'd eat here weekly as the food is that good. This is a hidden gem.
