These guys did a really great job on the detail and wash on my wife's car, she was super surprised and happy when she saw it. They told me it would probably take about three hours but they spent a little bit longer working on it without complaint. I will be contacting them again to do additional work in the future, I think. Setting up the appointment involved a lot of back and forth via text messages and we did have to reschedule the appointment once. I wasn't in a big hurry so it didn't bother me that much. He's running a small business where he does all the work so you gotta be a little flexible in this department as a customer sometimes. read more

I recently drove down to Orange County and like any long distance drive I got some bugs guts on my car. I do not like driving long distances in a car and having bug guts etc eating away at my sealers and clear coat. So, I called up ProSmart Mobile Detailing and spoke to Adan. After a 4 days camping trip, my car looked like a big mess. I decided to look for someone who can clean and detail my car at my work place so I don't have to drop it off. After looking through yelp, I found Adan and I was very happy with his manner and his work. First of all, Adan was very polite, puncture, and fast response to all my questions. He showed up on time, worked through lunch until he got the job done. Unfortunately, it started raining when he was halfway done with my car and he couldn't finish it. So he came back the next day to work on it without charging extra fee. I don't know much about detailing but I can tell Adan is very detail oriented when it comes to his work. Prosmart car wash is now my go to spot for mobile car wash and detail. I have the new yas marina blue m3 so I'm very particular on who touches it. Adan was very clear on exactly how much the pricing was and exactly what services were covered. My car was very dirty from the recent rain in oc as well as not having been washed for weeks. After an hour, my car looked brand new! He was able to get rid of all the swirls, water spots on my windows as well as the bird poop residue that's impossible to get rid of. There has been a terrible smell in my car and I found out that my son's bottle leaked all under his car seat which caused this awful smell. I found ProSmart via google. I am so happy that Adan was able to come to my work and clean my car. Even cooler he was able to do the service same day I called. I needed special attention for my red Q50 because it had water marks all down the passenger side. I text him early morning on a Saturday and he was able to schedule me the very next morning, awesome! He came out did a regular wash and got most of the marks off and what didn't come off with the wash he took off with some compound stuff. He even squeezed in my boyfriend and brothers car too. Best Mobile Detailing Company I have had the pleasure of working with. I have 7-15 F150's for all my Techs, and once a month they all come in for a 6am meeting and that is the only time I can get the trucks washed. It 1- took me forever to find a company that was willing to start washing my trucks @6:00 AM & 2- a company that was good at what they did. I tried 6 different people before prosmart, they either didn't do a good job at all or showed up late which caused my techs to be late to their appointments, but Adan at pro smart assured me he could make it work. AND LET ME TELL YOU!!!! He and his team did an amazing job!! All the trucks are perfectly clean, inside and out, and not one spot anywhere. He came out today @6:00AM ( not a minute later) and started work promptly. We had scheduled a wash for 7 trucks ( and 2 personal cars [ which aren't a priority but he made us feel like one]) and we had some last minute techs come to the meeting which then added 4 more trucks & he did them, no hesitation and didn't make me feel like I was asking him for the world, he just made it work and didn't rush. ProSmart Mobile Detailing is the REAL deal. It has been a while since my car has had a proper cleaning so I figure I would start off the new year right with a clean ride. I sent a text message on New Year's Eve not really expecting an immediate response given the holiday but Adan texted back and was able to schedule me in for the following day (Yes- on New Year's Day)! On the morning of the appointment, my wife heard I was getting my car detailed so she wanted her car washed as well. Since Adan wanted ample time to properly focus on both of our vehicles, he recommended rescheduling to the following day. Adan and his coworker arrived on time and worked on our cars for about 3 hours. Given that the trunk of my car had some tree sap which I tried to remove myself and left swirls marks, I opted for the exterior detail package with interior wipe down and vacuum. My wife went with the basic exterior and interior package. The ProSmart team was able to remove/minimize the swirl marks on my car and left both of our vehicles looking slick and shiny. Aside from the excellent work, what stood out to me is that Adan was very honest and upfront with the pricing and what to expect with the results which I appreciate. Nice kids trying to make a business, but they really need help on business sense. Scheduled a car wash appointment for a specific time. 40 min before they were supposed to come, I get a text to ask if I want to reschedule due to rain in the forecast in a couple of days. I responded saying no, please come at the appointment time as I had already blocked my schedule and had 3 cars ready to be washed. I did not get a response back and now one hour past the appointment time, I texted and called to see if they were still coming. No response. A day later I expressed my concerns to them. Adan apologized and because of that I decided to show gratitude and give another chance. After the reschedule, instead of me having 3 cars to wash, I only had 2 because the 3rd car was at the dealership for service. I get surprised with a bill for a higher amount because I only washed 2 cars instead of 3 (washing more than 2 cars drops the car wash rate down). I explained to him that it was his fault for not showing up at the regular appointment time which only allowed for me to have 2 of my cars washed since I booked the dealership appointment weeks in advanced. Instead of arguing back and forth, I decided to pay the amount charged and will never used them or recommend this company as a car wash. First for unprofessionalism, second for not showing up and no communication for 24 hours, and third for subpar car washes. The car was itself is subpar. It's decent but it's about the quality of taking it into the car wash places that they use the machines, not a standard hand wash.
