Chewy is very sweet and gentle, Andrew is a bit more aggressive for love/attention I had fun with them for a good 10 minutes while being help. They've been speedy quick with quality repairs both times. I've also found their prices to be very reasonable. Recently, one of my small side diamonds fell out on vacation, and Diamonds Rock was able to fix and tune up my ring in just a few days. They also charged me less than originally quoted! I can't remember his name, but there's a guy who is always there and he is very friendly and patient, especially considering my husband is very particular about my rings.
