To go through the watch and give me a run down of each item like authenticity of the case, the saphire crystal, the movement, the bracelet. i want to know for certain that every part of this watch was authetinc rolex. I wanted photos graphs of parts etc. Maybe i'm asking for too much out of a $150 authetinca process but needless to say, all i got was a piece of paper that told me every part of the watch had scratches on it and they labeled it as "authentic".... I wanted a deeper dive and a list of all the parts, essentially a thorough breakdown and work up of my Datejust. The unreasonable length of time they held the watch, my need to reach out and inquire about it and the extremely shallow and poor write up to describe its authenticy gets them a 1 start and i would not send another watch to them to be authenticated.
