While the selections are enticing, DO NOT BE FOOLED. The deception of this business is beyond description, life nothing I've experienced in my 20+ years of remodeling and selling real estate. We've just retained a lawyer to help us get tens of thousands of dollars back. I feel like we were conned by lies, false promises, and fake efforts to refund us for gross incompetence, cabinets damaged during shipping, and "lost" items where blame has been shifted to the shipping companies. Directives to use specific people to measure only to find the designs didn't adhere to those measurements. Countless lies of deliveries that never happened, shippers who drop and destroy expensive items, promises to replace within 5-10 days turning into weeks, months, employees who pretend to report to management, managers who are clueless and who blow massive amounts of smoke to avoid having any integrity. RUN RUN RUN and never look back. I would rate this business as criminal if that were an option here. read more

Update 8/4/21* Tile was finally received and doesn't match and ProSource still will not take any accountability for this! They will find any excuse possible not to take responsibility. Save yourself the Headache! We're now going to have to rip out the entire floor and replace all over. Still waiting almost 3 months on cabinets after they said 4 weeks back in May. Not sure how this company is in business after reading all these reviews or if they are even conducting legal sales practices! Pro Source of Palm Beach needs to take accountability in their staffing/training. We had purchased materials for a bathroom remodel and Ali messed up our order causing at least a month delay on the job ( all work is paused waiting on material that we were told would be in stock, otherwise we would have made a different choice). The manager seemed to completely disregard Ali's mistake, just passing the blame onto us as it 'was in the contract' and blaming COVID. Ali ordered 186pc of tile instead of 186sqft, so this error was clearly on her, we even had our contractor sit down with her to ensure there was no mistakes like this. We do a lot of remodels and this is unfortunate because we were looking forward to working with them in the future. Were still waiting on our cabinets so I will update this review as we go, but so far this has been a miserable experience with Pro Source of Palm Beach. *Also there floor samples do not match what is delivered, see photos below! While preparing to remodel my kitchen I did months of research and then chose to purchase Masterbrand cabinets through ProSource for my kitchen. I had my kitchen designed by ProSouce and Kemper cabinets by Masterbrand in March 2017. When I received my order 17 of the doors were warped, cracked and split. One lower cabinet box had a peeling interior finish. A representative from ProSource came out to view them when I immediately called to complain and told me this was due to "wear and tear from shipping". After I refused to accept that excuse and the incredibly damaged BRAND NEW doors the area Sales Manager from Masterbrand came to my home to examine them. He agreed to replace the doors, box, and crown and promised to have my order elevated to a higher level of inspection to ensure a higher quality product. After waiting weeks and delaying the completion of my kitchen further the new doors arrived and they also were damaged. I photographed every damaged door and called to complain again. ProSource told me I was to deal strictly with Masterbrand from that point forward as there was nothing I could do. It is now November and my kitchen is still not finished. Their employees do not return phone calls or emails unless you ask directly for their manager. Both the manager and the designer were rude and unhelpful once my order was placed and they had my money. They do not stand by the quality of materials they sell. Save your money and purchase from a company that holds themselves to a higher standard! read more

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! My flooring was paid in full (as this is their policy) and it was not installed for 38 day's as they claimed the mill had stopped production of my carpet choice. I received this notice 19 day's after ordering and paying and 1 DAY before the scheduled install! So we pick out another color and that get's installed 10 day's later. Woop's shame on me for not doing the measuring myself because it was not enough carpet to finish the job as they blamed me for improper measurements despite the measurements being done by their recommended installer! It is YOUR responsibility to make sure the measurement's are correct. The new carpet was finally installed in full exactly 38 day's after we ordered and paid in full. Luckily there are a lot of flooring companies in the West Palm/Riviera Beach area including Floor and Décor right around the corner from prosource. BUYER BEWARE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. read more
