Whispering Pine sent me home with a beautiful cast iron plant. The customer service was fantastic - the Indoor Plant Staff (Anthony If I recall correctly) helped me to find and go home with everything I needed. I was provided with a printed list of pet friendly plants, educated on the care of the plant, and took the time to make sure I had all the materials to set me up for success. He encouraged me to contact them if I any issues with the plant. Overall exceptional customer service experience, especially after a less than helpful experience at Maple Grove. They not only created an beautiful arrangement, but delivered it to Pelham, NY on Saturday afternoon, the very same day on short notice. But it turned out our friend had moved. Then John, the owner, requested the new address. On Monday, they delivered an even more beautiful arrangement to Brooklyn. John was a total mensch, very kind and very funny.
