There was one for cough, one for sore throat and another one was the popular med that people used for Covid. I only got the one for cough since we only needed cough meds. Came back today to get more of that cough meds since my son finished the first bottle and saw it helped. This time, the man was at the counter. He was also very helpful and friendly and told us what kind of soup to make. This is a very well-stocked Chinese herbal store and has helpful and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend this place.

Every time I come in for acupuncture with Dr. Shen, the process is smooth from start to finish. The insurance and billing process is also very easy. The front desk handles everything for me, and I only have to pay my copay, which makes each visit stress-free. I have been seeing Dr. Shen for the past couple of months and have completed about 11 treatments so far. She has helped me with several health concerns, especially my back pain, which has improved a lot since starting treatment. What surprised me most is how much she has also helped with my allergies. I can breathe so much easier now. Dr. Shen is very busy at the Pleasanton location, so sometimes I drive to the Fremont office to see her. My period came back two days after! I also had awful, debilitating back pain that was keeping me from walking at the end of the day and he worked on that area and two days later, pain is gone!!! But where they stand out is that they are compassionate, knowledgeable and really jump right into addressing your concerns. When I wrecked my back, for God knows what reason other than being old and stuff happens now, I had no clue what to do. My dr prescribed the typical pain relaxers and physical therapy which didn't work. I really didn't know what to do next. So I did the normal thing try everything else out to see if works. Luckily, I started first with Accupuncture and scheduled an appointment with Rebecca. She figured out what was going on and could relate to what I was going through. At this point I just wanted to be able to sleep and maybe walk again. The first session went quickly and on my drive home was thinking that's not bad and wow I can kind of walk a bit normal again.
