After the initial traps were set up, I had to call about 10 times before anyone would come check the traps, kept being told someone would come and we would wait around and no one would show up and no calls. Finally got the traps finished and removed. 2 weeks later we had a smell and flies, called them to come check for animal carcass. Left several voice messages before I got a call back, finally got them to schedule a tech to come out. Waited around that evening and no one showed again. I call again for 4 days, leaving voice messages and if anyone did call me back all they could tell me was "we'll have someone call you to schedule" it's been 5 days since I've called to get someone out here and have not had any luck, was told manager would call, and nothing. I am so over waiting on a call or a tech just for no shows. Will never give them another dime, don't believe their 1 year guarantee, you'll spend more time trying to chase them down than anything.
