Lesson learned you truly get what you pay for. This was my third time coming back to Signature Glass Tinting and once again they exceeded my expectations. They have a new location (at least new to me) which it seems they leveled up big time. Ryan and Reese provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured and even got me in sooner than I expected. I went with 20% XPEL XR Black on my 2026 Mercedes AMG GLE 53 to match my car and the tint looks incredible. The color blends almost perfectly with the OEM factory privacy glass giving the vehicle a clean, factory-installed appearance. One thing I really appreciate is their pricing. The quote they give you is the price you pay no extra charge for using a credit card, no surprise taxes added at the end and no hidden fees. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about other tint shops I've used in the past. The workmanship is top-notch, the customer service is exceptional and the experience reminds me why I keep coming back. I've officially found my tint shop for life and will continue recommending Signature Glass Tinting to anyone looking for quality work done right the first time.

I reached out to Tony via Yelp to get a quote on my home window tinting project, providing him the…read morebest possible measurements of my window glass to the inch. Tony was one of the first people to respond, and gave a thorough breakdown of the film he uses and the projected cost. I got about six different quotes across Orange County and parts of the Inland Empire and Tony's quote was one of the most competitive. I think one of the reasons for that is that he uses a very strong performing film that compares neck to neck against the big 3 film producers (3M, Llumar, Xpel) but doesn't pass on the marketing and branding costs to consumers in the form of inflated pricing. In short, with the film that Tony uses, you're getting the same performance, aesthetics, heat rejection, etc., but at a lower price point. It was super easy to schedule an installation day and time with Tony. He was flexible to make it work with my schedule. The quoted time he said it would take is pretty much exactly how long it took and he managed to actually arrive early in order to get set up on time. As with any tinting job I don't think anyone is ever going to be 100% perfect and if they're saying they're going to be, I think that's just a bold-faced lie. I think if you go into this looking for a 95%+ job, you're going to be very happy with Tony's work. The other 5% are oftentimes really out of his control: glass imperfections, windows missing sealant, dirty work environment in the house, etc. We got this work done right before the heat wave got really intense and I can attest that the film and installation that Tony did made a world of a difference. If you're on the fence about home window tinting because of the capital outlay, just remember I don't think you'll ever regret getting tint on your windows (unless you go for a super dark or reflective aesthetic and change your mind later) but you will likely regret not getting tint on your windows when you're feeling the heat on your skin and the furniture and floors heating up in the sun. Pay for it now, feel the pain in your wallet once, and maximize the time you get to enjoy the benefits of your window tint.

Of course, my luck struck and the convertible top stopped working today, which made accessing the rear window extremely difficult since it couldn't be put halfway down. To make matters harder, there are two tabs on each side that make getting into the corners almost impossible (see picture). Lino was super upfront and explained that without the top opening, it would be a tough job and he couldn't guarantee a 100% bubble-free installation. But after about three hours, it came out perfect! He pointed out a few tiny imperfections that will dry up and disappear as it cures, but reassured me that if anything is still there after a week, I can just bring it back and he'll fix it. What impressed me most is that even though the original quote assumed the top would come down to make the labor easier, he didn't charge me a dime extra for the additional effort. I highly recommend Top Tint Shop! They are super honest, friendly, and skilled at what they do. Plus, the waiting room is really comfortable, featuring a big puffy leather couch and complimentary snacks. I'll definitely be back to bring my wife's car to get the side windows tinted as well.

This shop is incredible. Not only were they open on Sunday which is my only day off, but they were able to bring me in right away. I had a very unfortunate event that happened while getting my car serviced here, but I will say…read morethat in the end this business did do the right thing, but it was a little bit of a challenge getting them to reconcile. I'll save you guys some time and will give you the cliff notes of what happened. I brought in my brand new Porsche to get the front two windows tinted to match the factory tint on the other windows. I spoke to Sam and everything was all fine. My windows got tinted. It was a rainy day so I took the keys went home, my husband inspected the tint and unfortunately there was damage to the pillars of my car windows because the technician used a torch gun and it melted the side panels. We immediately went back up to the store, explained to Sam what happened Sam immediately took accountability and responsibility for getting this resolved on the next business day. Sam offered to get our car fixed at a non-Porsche repair shop, which did not sit well with us, considering our car was brand new fresh off the lot and we didn't feel comfortable taking the car to a place that was not Porsche certified. They were recommending this option because of the labor price difference and I assume they wanted to try to cut cost for the repair. We shared that that was not acceptable and Sam did arrange for my car to get repaired at Porsche and worked with my service advisor to coordinate the drop off and repair of my vehicle. The whole ordeal took about two weeks, but my car did get fixed to our standards and Sam always led with wanting to do the right thing and I'm glad that we were able to get this resolved. So if you do decide to get your windows tinted here, please be sure to do a thorough inspection and I hope that my unfortunate experience will help prevent any future damage to anyone else's car. I'm still leaving four stars because the tint itself does look fine and Sam was fair to work with.
