Very accommodating on the order I removed an item from my acai bowl and they replaced it for free with something else without me asking. Wasn't watching a clock but I think it took 5 min for two acai bowls to come out. The containers were filled to the brim. There didn't seem to be any syrup or artificial stuff on top. The açaí is Good. They got our order wrong but took care to make it right in the end.

I come to Protein Foundry weekly and order a large Chocovado split every time. Yesterday there were 3 teenagers working and they joked about being brand new and making the bowl for the first time. When I received my açaí bowl there was all granola at the bottom with a thin layer of açaí, no cacao nibs and the fruit was thrown on top. When I mentioned that this usually has a lot more açaí to the young employee, she responded "that's how the split bowl is." When I said the cacao nibs were missing I was ignored. When I came in to speak with the manager the next day she was not friendly or apologetic for the less than mediocre $17 "granola" bowl I received, for her employees lack of experience or missing ingredients. Instead she said she doesn't appreciate how I spoke to her employees when I told them this usually has more acai in the split bowls. The manager then went on to say I have no right telling l her how to run her business when I suggested in the future it may be a good idea to have someone with more experience working a shift with newer, younger employees. She refused to refund me or even give me a percentage off on my next visit. Sometimes you need to admit when you are wrong or at least be able to apologize. Terrible customer service!!! read more

But now, terrible fruit selection for a $15 Açaí bowl. they used to have fresh fruits, now they use frozen strawberries and blueberries with a terrible this artificial syrup or whatever that is. If you are in a hurry, don't come here. Tons of staff very few people and it will take 15 mins to get a very very mediocre single slice of avocado toast. The bread has actually pretty bad too. I've been here several times hoping for better but nope. No GF bread option either. Staff isn't very outgoing or friendly. If you are into açaí, this is probably the best in park city for selection but due to sugar, I can't say anything on taste. I won't be back. One star for cleanliness. read more

Cute little place for some healthy options. I got the Cali Toast (wheat berry toast + cottage cheese+ avocado + evoo + pepitas + red pepper + sea salt) and it was delicious! Giving a 4 because when I walked in, the guy behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me for a good 5 min while he was working on other things. Not even a "I'll be with you in a minute." First timer. Im an acai bowl lover so my wife and I were stoked when we came across Protein Foundry while staying in Park City. But... We showed up at 5:30 pm. Nobody else was there. Ordered two açaí bowls. Then, we waited... and waited... and watched 5 other people come in, order, get their stuff... then waited... and then finally got our two bowls at 6:02 pm after they closed. The bowls were pretty dang good (why this is 2 stars and not 1), but unfortunately they had about an inch and a half of space between the good stuff and the lid (see picture)... pretty ridiculous when you're dropping $11 on an açaí bowl. I had a wonderful experience at the Protein Foundry this morning when I entered to order an açaí bowl and a monkey business toast. I was greeted by a young man that was very busy but was very congenial and when I asked him how he was he said great. I said are you all alone here? To which he replied that an employee that was supposed to work today called in and said he wasn't coming in. Josh, I later learned was the young man's name was unphased and proceeded to fill my order. This young man was a picture of great customer service, handled his job with a smile and professionalism and I was very impressed and hope his boss realizes what a terrific kid Josh is. Protein Foundry is delicious! Love their menu options. The PB Edge is a 10/10 and is my ideal smoothie. So incredible. My parents love the Ensign Perk, but I thought it was a little too watery and not sweet enough. I think Protein Foundry also has great add-in options as well. My only complaint about Protein Foundry is the hours. I'm a smoothie for dinner type of person, and they're also closed by the time I get done with work/the gym. Have been a big fan of the Protein Foundry since they opened their first store in Cottonwood Heights a few years ago. Menu seems pretty much the same, although it would REALLY help to add pics next to the big menu board. Like that they are open Sundays unlike the Salt Lake area stores. I got a mango sublime today and while it tasted good, it didn't really live up to the name of the shake. I got some bits of mango and the color was more like a shade of bread. It was really good though really lacking on the mango which I was kind of deceived about. Be sure you're really reading the ingredients, in that specific shake it was like some of them overpowered the mango or they were added too much- I don't know. Make sure you read the menu!!! Super good place for a quick healthy bite. I went there after eating at vessel kitchen and the protein shake was a delightful way to end my meal. This place just opened today. I stopped by to check it out and ended up ordering an incredibly delicious and healthy smoothie, called "açai kicker". This will definitely become my new go-to place. The prices are reasonable. I paid $7 + tip, for a 16 ounce size. I ordered it with plant based protein in place of the whey protein for an extra $1. I'm not surprised that a place like the Protein Foundry is in PC, UT- everything on the menu caters to the athlete, the health conscious or any person who craves freshness in a cup or bowl or on toast. We were in town for a nearby water polo tournament. I didn't have to twist the arms of 6 teen girls to come here. As soon as I started reading the menu they were all in. I had the samba bowl- an abundance of fresh raspberries and dark chocolate was divine. One kiddo got the ipanema bowl and said it was as fresh and tropical as one she'd had in Kona, Hawaii. A few kids got toasts that they said were so flavorful and filling and one girl got a Greek yogurt bowl that she said was full of fruit and refueled her.
