We ate at the Salt Lake City airport location. Our flight got delayed and this was near our terminal. My daughter doesn't like me so this place was perfect for us. Everything tasted really fresh and cooked too perfection. I usually enjoy meat with my dishes, but this dish I was not feeling the need for meat. I would definitely stop here again. I believe it's a fairly new place at the airport because they were still painting and doing a few things. They have a nice clean sitting area with some windows to look out outside. read more

Always fresh and tasty with lots of vegetarian and vegan options. The new Mediterranean plate is delicious! Price is a little steep for counter service, but I think that the food quality justifies it. Restaurant itself is also really nice and full of plants. I only wish they had a patio. read more

After six weeks and multiple follow-ups, I finally heard back from Aubergine Kitchen, but not through my Google review or yelp, it seems they did find this one as well. It wasn't until I shared the experience on LinkedIn that the VP of Marketing reached out and offered to cover my dental bill, which I genuinely appreciate. I'm updating this to four stars because they did make it right in the end, and I'm happy not to be out nearly $1,000 over a cracked tooth. They also sent me a gift card for another salad, which was a nice gesture. That said, it took six weeks and two afternoons off work in a dentist chair to get to this point, which is why I didn't update it to five stars. More than anything, I hope this experience helps highlight a need for stronger internal processes, and maybe even a new produce supplier. After I shared what happened, I heard from others who also found rocks in their salads. No one wants to be afraid of what's hiding in their lunch. I went in for the first time today for lunch with a friend. I had left my wallet at home and only had cash. as I go to order they inform me they do not take cash which is shocking for such a large establishment. my friend had to pay for my food. If I wasn't there to be with my friend I would have left. I also wanted a " house made"strawberry lemonade, as on their menu it said " fresh squeezed lemon juice strawberries and organic stevia" and when I said I would like one the checkout lady points to a can in the refrigerator! not housemade or fresh squeezed very misleading and very upsetting and the food wasn't very good read more

Delicious! So many wonderful and healthy choices on the menu. The Mediterranean bowl was amazing, and I loved all the flavors that it came with for the sauces. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The strawberry glow smoothie was one of the best smoothies I've ever had. The coconut whipped cream on top was perfect and it was packed with strawberry flavor. My sister and I split the protein avocado crisp salad and the Mediterranean plate and they were healthy and delicious. My favorite savory bite was probably the falafel - I'll definitely be ordering that again. I had some chicken, and it was ungodly dry and tasteless. The salads are so big that I felt like there is a lot of waste. The cheese bread is good, as was the strawberry lemonade. We've tried this restaurant 3 times in the past 4 weeks and we are DONE! The tables are always dirty, frequently have dirty dishes. The tables that dont have dirty dishes aren't even clean. The person who takes the order does not speak good enough English to understand what your ordering! She couldn't understand 'child's plate'. Another employee had to take over for her. This has happened to us twice in the past month. The food was barely warm and the tri tip was like boot leather - dry and tasteless! We were really excited about the menu because it leans on the healthier side, but the dirtiness of the dining area tables and the staff that does not speak very good English is just too much! read more
