Hubby asked for a single scoop of the sea salt caramel on a cake cone and got a small mountain of (very good) ice cream, and I quote: "Just the right consistency." I see why this place is rated so low. I was nearby and saw they had vegan options, so I thought I would try it despite the low reviews. I sampled all but one of their vegan flavors, as I don't do coffee. None of them were very good, and they didn't taste as frozen as I thought they should either. The worker was also very rude, the place smelled weird, and she was playing music about strippers and other sexual content, which is inappropriate for an ice cream shop. Was craving some ice cream and went here but ended up with boba! I love boba, they had a smaller menu for it which was okay since they had my top two flavors. I got the Thai tea boba and brown sugar milk tea boba, they were both great. The worker taking my order was a little rude and did not seem to want to take my order, did not ask what size and sweetness, she walked away as soon as I said the first one then had to order the second when she came back. I really wanted to go to an independent ice cream shop instead of Coldstone (which is in the same shopping center). The other reviews kinda capture the problems here: (1) Very tacky and crowded feeling interior. (2) The bigger problem is the rude staff. The woman I dealt with seemed like an owner or part of the family that owns it. As an example of the vibe, my son (7 years old) asked for a sample, and she snapped that they limit samples to two per person. That's fine, but he hadn't had any samples at all. If you're gonna be real rude about policing your favor sampling rules, you're going to have to keep closer track of who you've given samples to. The whole reason my family goes to ice cream is for a nice experience for the kids. We would never go back here. I recommend you avoid it too. As a father of two, I've been to a lot of ice cream shops, and I think the service is usually good. It's fun to work in an ice cream shop. Your customers are generally pretty happy to be doing business with you. I'm not sure what the issue is here, since you can see it's a theme from the other reviews. We went to Olympic park for some adventure rides and after we wanted some ice cream. We came here because they have locally made ice cream with fresh ingredients. We were very indecisive of what flavor we wanted but the ladies gracefully provided samples to all the choices we had. We wound up all choosing two of our favorites and tore up our ice cream cones. Take note we don't usually eat this much ice cream but it was full of flavor, thick, creamy and delicious! Next time we are in town we will go back! I was disappointed by my experience here. I came in because I love boba drinks and am trying to find a spot here in town to frequent. While I was looking at the cute store she was already ready to ring me up. I paid and on my way out realized that it took no time because she pulled an already made one that had been sitting in the fridge and now the boba was saturated and stuck together. If I'd not already walked a ways I would've come back for a replacement. Ok this is one of my favorite places to go in Park City and I've never had their ice cream.... They have the best acai bowl I've ever had no exaggeration. And I live in LA. I get their body builder every time I come to Park City to ski. It's the perfect post skiing meal: sweet, salty and protein heavy with lots of granola! They always give me extra toppings and their ingredients are allergy friendly! It is also always pretty chill and the only people who work here are high schoolers so it's kind of a fun atmosphere. Cute, fun, and yummy! Love the atmosphere here. All the cow decorations are pretty hilarious. Their food is fresh and all natural which I think is fun! I appreciate that this is a place where you can find smoothies, ice cream, acai bowls, and everything in between. One thing we REALLY LOVED about the acai bowl, was that they layered the ingredients! Sometimes it is hard when everything is stacked on top so you can't get a good mix of ingredients once you get to the bottom. They layered granola and fruit throughout which made every bite delectable! We also got a chocolate shake, and the chocolate ice cream they use was super good! Rich and creamy, and didn't taste like your generic ice cream shop chocolate. And the straw for the milkshake was thick enough to really enjoy every last sip! I'll first say their milkshakes we on point. They did a really good job making flavorful milkshakes. What could've made the rating for this place be better is by teaching employees not to be texting after I requested my order, if you don't want to work there then don't. As well as making sure that 3 of the menu screens are on instead of one--unless you want us to order that limited menu. I'm not sure why so many of the ice creams were at the very bottom of the bucket, if they're running out, switch it! The milk shakes were good and really saved the situation, but a tip is something you at least show some effort in working for. After walking around downtown park city, we were hoping to grab some ice cream. This place was a bit of a drive and in a weird shopping area so you wouldn't just "happen upon it."
