They had no problem remaking it free of charge. Which I was thankful for. My main issue was a staff member that had no part in taking my order or making the bowl decided to make a comment saying and asking me, "We didn't make the mistake. Did you ask for no coconut shavings?" I respectfully informed her that I did. I didn't appreciate the fact that she assumed I didn't request the absence of the item knowing that I was aware my family member is allergic.
