Dr. Tseng is the only chiropractor who listens, examines, provides treatment recommendations, and performs adjustment. He's the only chiropractor who adjusts so deeply which provides an incredible result. I myself has an on and off lower back issue for the past 10 years. I recently twisted my lower back from a sport. Through various recommendation of Dr. Tseng from friends, I finally decided to make an appointment with Dr. Tseng and I should've came see him earlier. Pros: 1. Making the appointment is very simple. You can call them first, then front desk will direct you to text their office number to schedule an appointment and provide insurance card if you have it. You can also text them any questions, and they'll answer you right away. They'll verify it with insurance company immediately and let you know the copay and if there's any additional treatment (gua sha, stretching table, acupuncture, or massage) that requires cash pay. 2. Upon arrival to the office, there's minimal wait. The front desk is very efficient, professional, and friendly. 3. Dr. Tseng knows his stuffs. He will perform the chiro adjustments to your pain point. His treatment is so deep that you can feel that he treats the right on spot. I have lower back pain and it was pretty much 90% recovered in two treatments. He's also very friendly! He will be my go-to chiro in the future and I highly recommend Dr. Tseng if you ever need a true chiropractor. Cons: None.

First of all, the cupping all reviewers are mentioning about is very basic where you can easily buy from Amazon and it is the air cupping. He didn't clean the cupping even before he used it on me. During the cupping, some were loose and he didn't even bother to re-do it and tie them up. You can tell from how he did it that he is so amateur. The one cupping he used with the machine is toy-like. Again, he didn't sanitize or clean it at all. After the cupping, I felt no difference at all. Besides that, he used some "energy water" he said he created himself to help blood circulation. That almost made me laugh in front of his face. There's no hygiene in his little office at all. He used the same cloth that cleans your feet to clean your ear. What the heck is that? The worst experience with this guy is he tried to brain wash people during the entire "treatment". He tried to adjust his voice high and low almost like a little clown to make you feel better, however during the half an hour session he literally did nothing! He used the toy cupping for probably 5-10 minutes, he used his "home-made energy water" to clean my feet and ears for 5-10 minutes and then he told me how to breathe so that i have better sleep for another 5-10 minutes. The whole concept of breathing and sleeping is all from the internet. I would rather watch Youtube for half an hour. This is a completely joke. I recommend no one to go see this guy.
