During that appointment, they noticed a leak and that we needed a repair on a CV axle. Good thing this was caught, because we are planning a big trip soon, hauling our camper. They got me scheduled quickly and explained everything in detail. The price was expected but still reasonable. So I chewed the guy out on the phone and told him and the shop to get fuckin bent and I'm getting it towed to a new place. When I got there to get it towed, they had completely snapped my key off and it is stuck in the ignition. So no wonder they hadn't worked on it they couldn't even turn it to neutral to move into shop. They never told me either, they consistently lied to me just feeding me bullshit I am so frustrated with this place and I rarely write reviews. So I hope this saves somebody the trouble off accidentally getting towed to or making an appointment at this hell hole.
