I have a 50 yr old three floor condo that has (most likely) never had the ducts cleaned out. mold was blowing out my vents after a new AC install and that's why I called them. They protected all the areas of my home and got to work- they vacuumed, brushed and sanitized all my ducts many times over- the amount of mold in my ducts was DISTURBING (to say the least!). It took several hours to get every duct cleaned out but they did all the work and left my condo very clean and smelling great when they were finished. I'm sure the amount of nastiness in my ducts are in the top five of worst they ever seen! I will be bringing them back in a year for a follow up clean. The air in my condo already is crisper And the musty smell in my home is gone. So glad I had them come out and they were incredibly friendly and honest as well. I know they were more affordable than the other companies that do this and the price never went up when they saw how much work my job would be- and it was a lot of work! Having found them on Yelp- this was a yelp-win for me (and that's not always the case). Thank you OKeefe and Orlington for the work you did. It was a pleasure meeting you.

I came home Friday Afternoon (10APR26) to find a puddle forming in my garage. My water heater of…read moreover 16 years had finally given out. To Rescue Air's credit, they had been warning us each time they came out for HVAC Filter rotations. Thankfully, Rescue Air's ace plumbing expert Mr. Phillip Blystone was dispatched to my home to assess the situation. Within minutes he identified the issue and immediately started to work out a plan and arrangement my family could manage to cover the expense of the Water Heater replacement: the source of the leaking problem. Rescue Air has a very long history of working with my family since we've been in this home (2016), so that level of service is a given these days. But that's not the complete reason for the 5-Star rating. The next day, now with a working heater, my wife and I discovered that a leak was still present in the Garage. Upon calling Rescue Air to let them know what was going on, Mr. Blystone responded swiftly to our location to triage the leak. Using both his advanced equipment and intuition, he found that in spite of the solid repair and replace he and his team performed of the water heater, a leak was sadly missed during the initial assessment. Most other business would likely have tacked on a "not-our-problem" sort of response to this. However, Mr. Blystone and by extension Rescue Air are not your normal type of company. With careful consideration of the economic circumstance of the recent repair & purchase, balancing years of customer loyalty and being a genuinely saint, Mr. Blystone proceeded to isolate and resolve the leak (a small puncture hole in the T-pipe hot-water line leading from the heater) pro-gratis. Completely unexpected, but definitely much appreciated! It goes without saying it would be extremely foolish for my family to consider doing business with anyone else in the Dallas Metro given Rescue Air's track record with our family. The value lost would be far too great. While I hope to not need their services as often as recently, I definitely look forward to working with them and Mr. Blystone should the need arise again.

I hired Rescue Air & Plumbing in 2023 for routine maintenance on the original AC in our home. What…read moreshould have been a simple visit turned into high pressure sales tactics. They claimed safety issues, pushed contracts in front of me, and scheduled installation for the next day. I tried to cancel but was told I was locked in. I ended up spending around $30,000. After the installation, every maintenance visit came with aggressive attempts to sell me more services I did not need. Then the new system failed in 106 degree heat. The compressor failed at only 16 months old. Communication was poor, and I was left without AC for about seven days. I had to repeatedly chase them for updates. They did not have the part, did not follow up, and someone finally arrived at 10:30 PM after days of waiting. They gave me a two year complimentary membership as compensation. I assumed the membership would end after the two free years. My card on file had expired, yet in May and June 2026 the company suddenly began charging me again. This suggests someone manually updated my card information without my permission. I never authorized a renewal, never received a renewal notice, and never received invoices for any charges. They refunded the charges I caught, but then claimed I owed $95.80 for four months of fees that were never billed and never agreed to. I asked for written confirmation of a zero balance and never received a direct response. They only responded to the BBB and stated the account was at zero. Based on my experience with both service and billing, I strongly recommend being cautious before using this company.

Ted arrived a…read morefew minutes before the agreed upon time (that's a first for me hiring a pro), explained the process clearly, and worked without cutting corners. After he finished, he showed me the before-and-after photos on his phone, and the difference was pretty self explanatory. My dryer was running fine before the service, but Ted cleaned the inside lint duct and filter anyways and I'm sure it will work better now. Just to give you some context of the work Ted did, he moved the dryer out of the way, vacuumed and cleaned the duct from inside and then vacuumed and cleaned the dryer pipe from the outside, a lot of work for a fair price. If you're looking for reliable, high-quality service, I highly recommend Aura Duct Care and Ted.

My friend used Aura Duct Care recently and suggested me to get these guys as they are real professionals and know what they do. I contacted Aura Duct Care via Yelp and ask them for their rates. Arial responded within a few minutes and explained everything in one message ( not like other companies saying "we need to take a look first", "depends on condition", "take pictures for us" etc.). They have affordable and competitive rates, they don't charge you those fake fees like "second floor fee", "apartment complex fee", "big furnace fee". I called them next day and scheduled an appointment. On the day of my appointment Eddy and Akyl showed up on time wearing masks, gloves and shoe covers (still COVID times). Also they had sent a text message saying they were on the way and their ETA. They had big professional equipment to clean our ducts. First they checked our ducts and told us what kind of brush they would use so it won't damage the ducts. It took them only 2-3 hours to finish the job, because they knew what they were doing and they were working nonstop. After the job they made sure everything is left clean and neat. I loved the service by Aura Duct Care, because: -they have professional equipment -they make sure to do a cleaning the right way -they don't leave dust and dirt after the job -nice and friendly technicians -easy to reach the office to discuss the job -affordable prices I highly recommend this company if you need to get air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, appliance repair. So, apparently my review wasn't to Sam's liking, because he made sure to let me know that I (the…read morepotential customer) wasnt charged anything for the free consultation and estimate. Which....it was supposed to be free regardless, so congrats on sticking to that part. You laid on the floor and literally leaned over, taking photos upside down. There was one flexible duct (that could be relocated easily) that you, yourself .said that it would be an easy, straight shot. I even suggested zigging or zagging if need be, but you were adament that the best and easiest way would be straight under the floor. It went from "this'll be easy" to "well, we're looking at 7500 on the high end, because this is a complicated job". It isnt just that it was a price i dont like, it was a price that would blindside anyone. Especially since your website claims that services BEGIN at $300. No one said they expected the job to be $300. But if thats the starting point, I would really love an itemized invoice of how much everything costs, if im being quoted between 6500 and 7500. I was prepared to pay up to 1500 for that job, which is on the high end of reasonable. But for coring 8inches by 4.5 inches into concrete, a 15ft connection with 4 right angles and a damper...7500 "on the high end, it could be a grand less" is way out of the ballpark. In a nutshell, claiming that relocation services START at 300, it gives this client that notion that even the jobs you see as "complicated" wouldnt be more than 2000 "on the high end". Which is why i got the impression that you didn't want the job. Please don't backtrack like you didnt ask me to show you what your own website says as a way to overcome an objection to a price estimate. It doesn't give much confidence to the client when you're saying that your web technician made some kind of mistake. I also work in sales. And when you have a starting price listed, the price quoted usually bears some resemblance. Like i said, i was prepared to pay up to 1500 for this job, maybe even 2000. It sounds like maybe you just didn't like the review you got. You started great, and even the price was your perogative to charge, it's YOUR business. But don't backtrack, don't try and have two people give a review for a single interaction, and don't react to reviews that you don't like as though any normal person in any normal tax bracket wouldn't be offended by a 7500 quote when your site says services start at 300. Its giving "intrigue people with a low base price to get me in the door, and then it doednt matter if im hired, charge whatever, because i'll either get to go to the bahamas on them, or i'll at least get two good reviews." So im just letting people know. Sam is very personable, very approachable, and seems to really know what he is doing. That said, don't expect a reasonable price estimate commiserate with the pitch on the website. And look for Sam to be offended if he isnt given an exemplary review. ? For the record: ... It took four days because my mother was in town, and I waited until she left. Painting this picture of a potential client as though they maliciously attacked your business for pleasure is abbhorant. Especially when you said multiple times that you wanted a review. And especially since I simply said what happened and my impression. Just because you don't like it, doesn't make it an attack. There were things that i didnt like, as well. This has nothing to do with your level of work, because no work was performed. But you still stuck your qr code out and expected feedback. Which is what I put in my review. It's feedback. So you can be better. Right? Why press for a review even though you know that no work was performed...what did you expect we review? It's interesting, that in the week since, the website has changed, and there are no more free in-person estimates.
