Zero stars My daughter has a work related injury, smashed…read moreboth of her hands at work. She's been out of work for three months her physical therapist still says she's not ready to go back. Recently her other hand began hurting as well. The doctor basically told her that she was faking the pain. She had an MRI. The doctor said well it doesn't show anything so basically she told her that she's a hypochondriac and she needs to go back to work. My daughter's hands hurt so bad that she can't even comb her hair or take a shower. She is not the kind of person who wants to get out of work. She loves her job and she's scared to death to lose it. This doctor should not be a doctor. She was rude. She wouldn't listen. She talked over her. It was the worst experience my daughter's ever had at a doctors's office. I am uncertain why her workplace sends her to urgent care. It seems like a doctor in an office would be better to see than an urgent care doctor. I am very unhappy. I will be going with her to her next appointment. My son-in-law is a physical therapist and we will be getting his opinion on this. The therapist she sees is not my son-in-law, but is in agreement with him about her treatment. This doctor is very rude and has zero concern about her patent . All she wants to do is push her to toward surgery, today she told her to get injections. She's injured you don't get injections so you can go back to work and hurt it again. I question her intelligence. Her first name is Karen.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this center, not because of the medical evaluation…read moreitself, but because of the lack of transparency and communication regarding billing. I was not informed that additional procedures and charges would be added beyond my expected specialist copay. When I contacted billing to explain my concern, the responses focused only on explaining the billing codes and did not address my main issue: that I was not given the information needed to make an informed financial decision before the procedure. What has been most frustrating is the lack of ownership and follow-up from the center. After submitting a formal concern, I did not receive a clear response or explanation, and the charge later reappeared without any communication. Patients deserve transparency, clear communication, and a fair opportunity to understand the financial implications of their care before services are performed. I hope this center improves its process for handling patient concerns.

This review is for her ER nurse Hannah. She was rude and condescending to my mom when she asked for an ultrasound IV. Instead of honoring what the doctor said she went ahead and dug a needle into her any way. When that didn't work she went and sent other nurses in to try and poke around on her. My mom refused to let them. The nurses rolled their eyes and left the room. ER nurse Hannah should learn some compassion and manner!

Excellent care: Nathan Way | Great service, great location…read more I have been here twice this past week and I am incredibly grateful for this place and the people that work here. I've been experiencing chronic hives for about two weeks now with no known cause. They come and go in the morning and night only on my legs. Over the two weeks, I've become more anxious and stressed out because I can't figure out what the cause is (no food allergies, no new detergent or lotions...etc). The first time I walked in, I was pleased with how quickly I was seen and evaluated. I wasn't that satisfied with the first doctor's evaluation at first because she said the same thing the other two advice nurses said prior to this walk-in appointment. I left with no answers but a prescription to manage the hives. Fast forward two days and today I experienced a panic attack while driving. I called my husband to come and pick me up because I knew that I couldn't be behind the wheel. I was shaky, cold, elevated heart rate, anxiety-ridden, dizzy/lightheaded.... it was bad. So he took me to immediate care here again. It was a busy Friday and the staff notified me that it would be a 2hr wait, but it's still much better than going to the ER. It was worth waiting for 1h 30m to be seen by Dr. Nathan Way. He asked me lots of questions and took his time explaining to me what hives are and how my body reacts to stress. I never felt rushed. He was very knowledgeable and had his assistant, who was also the sweetest lady ever, come and read my glucose levels and do an EKG. It really made me feel better to know that we could rule out some potential factors. I ended up leaving with the same prescription as the previous doctor but also with more knowledge that it's likely caused by stress. The staff are very friendly and patient here. They work hard to get everyone in. I would come back here again if I had to. Thank you so much!

Do not use for primary care. It is a bait and switch. I…read morescheduled an annual physical. The first two times I scheduled with Julie Passon at the Wilsonville clinic. Both times, in an email the day before, I had confirmations with an entirely different provider, a man Christian. I had to cancel those because all I wanted was a Pap smear, which I did not want a man to do so. I had to make 3 separate appointments before I got an appointment with a female provider, causing a delay of 2 months. When I arrived for actual healthcare, a Pap smear, physical, or both, I made it clear that I was there for that, but my priority was a Pap smear. I was not given paperwork to fill out my history in the office myself, or beforehand. I told them I was a cash pay patient, had a crowd sharing healthcare plan (CrowdHealth). I made it very clear that I had no insurance and asked what the visit would cost. I told them I wanted to pay before I left and also wanted to know what the cost would be. They said they didn't know, it would depend on what the PA decided to do. The lady at the front desk said there were three different cost possibilities starting at $175, but up to just a few hundred dollars. My wait in the lobby was very brief, because I was right on time, and then an MA weighed me and did my vitals, then placed me in a room. I thought it was strange that she left without telling me to get undressed. After a few minutes, PA Kelly King entered the room. She was very nice. She sat down and informed me that she needed to get a history, and that we would talk about getting an exam later. What? That's literally what I made the appointment for. an exam.I am an ER nurse and I know very well how easy it is to enter data. I placed peoples histories and medication list in the chart for my job, but even a I placed peoples histories and medication list in the chart for my job, but even an MA can do that. Since when is it impossible to do an exam on the patient when doing their history? Anytime somebody is getting a physical there's going to be a history taken as well. I could've filled out my own history, family history and medications. That is all she spent time on, asking about these 3. No exam. That is data entry and not something a PA needs to do while a patient in the room. I did not book a data entry appointment. PA King said mid appointment she would not address any other health concerns within an annual physical this appointment. She said I would have to come back. What an idiotic process. I had recent blood work 4 months ago with LabCorp that I tried to show her. She did not want to see it. I offered to send these records of my recent labs to the office, and she said the front desk would take care of it afterward. When escorted out to the front desk, they wanted me to sign a release of records, even though I said I could print them and bring them in. I waited 25 min in the lobby while the reception staff said they still could not tell me the cost of my visit, because PA King had not entered the diagnostic codes, then that the bill was very high and I should wait and go home until they fix it. I explained before, and after I wanted same day cost & to pay. Then this morning I got an email that my bill was $726, all to be questioned by a PA about information I could've literally entered myself online. My Pap smear was converted to a data entry visit. What other industry do they absolutely refuse to tell you what something is going to cost beforehand, or afterward? In what other industry do you book an appointment for a product A, then get given product B, then they still won't tell you the cost? Healthcare is a total scam. This is coming from an experienced nurse, someone who's practiced medicine for 31 years as an ER nurse. In what insane world should a PA be able to charge $726 for 15 minutes worth of data entry basic work? That's $2904 per hour for just one PA out of several in that clinic. This was a scam, and I did not get the product that I directly asked for at the front desk, made appt. for, nor any transparency in the cost.
