I was a little confused because when we came it wasn't a margarita but I think vodka based? I kept trying to figure out exactly what it was and what was in it but it wasn't on the menu online or the bar menu and no one could exactly tell me. Parking is tight, so I suggest parking on Waterman Avenue and walking around to the back of the restaurant, where the trailer is located. I went with a simple cheese pizza and a pepperoni, pepper, and olive pie, both of which were excellent. Both were cooked perfectly, crisp but not burnt. The best Buffalo chicken I had so far not too salty and not extreme spicy, well rounded and balanced. The chef at this establishment really knows how to make the food pop from the other restaurants around. The bartender was my server and she did a pretty good. My first visit and they already get 4 stars. If keeps up on my next visit when I dine in then i will definitely have no choice but they move to a full 5 stars. The 7 PM time is not too busy so if you want to enjoy some good food come and check this place out. I would come back and check out the rest of the menu.
