I went to Proview Eye Care for my annual eye exam. When I walked into the office the office staff was very nice and welcoming. I was called back right away and saw Dr. Arabi. He did a thorough eye exam was very knowledgeable. He took a picture of the back of my eye which was awesome. It was like an X-ray of my eye and explained everything. I had an old pair of Coach sunglasses with scratched lenses. Amy the office manager recommended I change out the lenses. 2 weeks later I received a call my glasses were ready. I had taken my sunglasses in to get a new Rx that was provided by this clinic. My sunglasses were also bought through the same same off 3 years ago. They take all new measurements, I think ok, 10 days, I should get them back. 1 week later I get call, they need more measurements. 10, I get my glasses back, they seem "off", they say try em, they'll get better. I did and NO, not better. The progressive lens were made wrong, I go back, more measurements, 10 days, I get a call they're ready. I go in to pick them up, they hand me a bag, my sunglasses, and, OH, extra lens. Turns out my new lens were never put in. HOW INCOMPETENT ARE THESE PEOPLE? MY GOD!!! read more

Be very wary, difficult to deal with on the phone and all I asked for was their policy if their lab can't make my lenses correctly. I was up front in saying I have a very high prescription. After asking the same question six times to two different people and having to ask for their office manager three times, forcefully the last time, the office manager told me their policy is only one redo. That means if their lab cannot make your lenses and they do not specify which base curvature you need (any good optometrist will put this in your prescription, it is not up to the frames or the lenses, it's up to your eye shape), they will not refund your money. I'd like to think a good optometrist is more confident they and the labs they use can get it right. Going elsewhere. read more

The staff was patient and kind, I also appreciate that they made an appointment for me the same day I called and they did not make my family and me wait a long time before seeing doctor Arabi when I arrived. Hands down my favorite Optometric Specialist, I've grown up in the field and it's a nice change of atmosphere when it is run by younger management whose only goal is truly helping people with their eye needs.
