Matt (I think) who opened the shop (7/6/25) was nice and helpful. Also rented a medium ATV for my gf that is a first time atv rider. She got the "Frankenstien" one which was strange at first with all the zip-tie stitching, but after some time it added character. Main thing is that it ran well. Her advice to other new atv riders is be aware your right leg will get hot from being near the exhaust pipe. Lastly, the gf and I are both motorcycle riders. She wished that she brought her own gear because the gloves and such were "icky" and some of the gloves had huge holes in them.

Best decision ever! Although getting to the meeting point was a bit scary as we drove 15 mph through winding roads next to steep cliffs, the views were nice and the ATV experience was totally worth it! We gave ourselves plenty of time to get lost and it took us about 1.5 hours to get to the checkpoint. Luckily Google Maps was on the entire time and we even had an hour to kill on top of the mountain before our 12:30pm appointment. (Also had screenshots of the directions in case we lost service). Upon arrival, we met with the two girls who were wearing face masks and face shields so we felt safe. They had all the sanitizing stuff. They checked us all in, gave us each a mesh covering for our head, pairs of gloves, goggles and helmets. They offered different insurance plans (just like a rental car company), each ranging in price. Then, they walked us over to the ATVs where Jorge was our tour guide. He asked us if we've ever rode before and taught us how to use the automatic ATVs and made us feel comfortable and safe. (Throttle was on the right handle bar and brakes on the left. Second brake was a foot pedal). We drove on wide and narrow trails, over some fun rocky areas, kicking up lots of dust, and he took photos of us the entire time. This was a great family bonding experience and we're all still talking about how fun it was and want to do it again. Know Before You Go: It gets dusty so wear clothes and closed toe shoes that you're ok getting dirty. Give yourself plenty of time to drive to the location because the last thing you want to do is rush through the scary mountain roads. 10/10 would definitely do this again!

My wife has been wanting to go ATV'ing awhile, we were staying in Santa Barbara for the weekend so the timing was perfect. We live almost 2 1/2 hours away from the location (Santa Barbara)but gave ourselves a 40 minute cushion before our reservation. We past through 2 counties and caught anADDITIONAL hour of traffic on the way and completely missed our reservation. Now before your reservation you sign a agreement with a reschedule disclosure attached. We didn't make the appointment, didn't reschedule and we were forced to forfeit our prepaid $250 for two riders. This is an online business so you won't be able to talk with a single soul. I reach out via email, and was surprised how quickly they responded in NOT caring about helping me with my issue. Bottom line; no they didn't do anything wrong by not helping, but they could care less about having satisfied customers or anything outside of collecting our money. So if you're planning on going with this company then please be on time cause you'll not be shown any leniency, or to cough up an additional 40% of your initial cost PER PERSON just to reschedule.

Such a fun experience at Santa Margarita Ranch Ziplining! The adventure honestly starts the minute…read moreyou arrive. You check in at the main office downtown, then hop on a tour bus to the ranch property. Our driver was super informative and entertaining along the way. The drive itself felt like part of the experience with bumpy ranch roads, multiple gates, gorgeous scenery, and a real behind the scenes feel of the property. Once you arrive, the staff gets you geared up with all the safety equipment and everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and great with all ages. After gearing up, you take an old Army style jeep up the mountain and that ride alone was an adventure Super rickety, steep, and fun! We felt very safe the entire time because before every single zip line, the staff carefully checked everyone's safety gear and connections. There are 6 zip lines total and each one is different with spectacular views that change throughout the course. One thing to know is that you should be in reasonably good shape because there are mini hikes between some of the zip lines. There are lots of water stations along the course, which was great, but the experience is definitely active and you do not want to hold up the group. Totally worth it though and such a memorable Central Coast adventure for families, couples, teens, and adventurous kids!

My Rv fridge has given me problems for awhile. I brought it to another place which I will not…read moremention. My Rv sat there for 2 months and they had not even left looked at it. Finally got it out of there with new batteries and brought it to rosedale Rv. Ed had it diagnosed and the part on order within a week or two. I was out of town when it was done they kept it on the lot ready yo go until I picked it up 2 weeks later. I had a really good experience there. Ed is not only knowledgeable but honest and does a good job. Thanks again.

I got to give Berry's RV a plus plus again even though they changing a happy daze they're all be…read morebarrys to me how about a 2004 Fleetwood southwind from Marty about two and a half years ago couldn't go wrong with that Marty was always on point sold me a really good RV didn't have any problems with it two and a half years waiting for the the right one to come in there for sale a diesel pusher and a gentleman named Mark help me out he was on point just like Marty showed me the RV was on point about everything and everything went well Mario the finance guy was on point helped us find somebody to finance it gave me a pretty good deal on my trade-in couldn't be happier the RV had a few flaws but they going to get them fixed but that diesel pusher runs like a kitten so hopefully the new owners will keep the same traditions the same customer service as berry RV has done for decades because they're always on point and that customer comes first and they know how to treat somebody so if you ever looking for a used RV I definitely check this spot out stay the heck away from camping world because I've never had a good experience through them I've always had a good experience through berry RV
