Serviceware, silverware, china, and kitchen staff are also included. Additional entrees and hors d'oeuvres are extra per person. We had enough vegetarians that we definitely wanted a non-meat option. And we just wanted hors d'oeuvres so people wouldn't get hungry waiting for the dinner buffet. They do have a meat-carving station option which could be easily combined with "make your own pasta" station, but we worried people would be standing in line especially at the meat-carving station waiting a while. They also have a hors d'oeuvres-only menu (fiance was not a fan) and a Sunday brunch menu (a cheaper option, but not cheaper than Dharma Cafe). All of this info was given to us when we considered Rockefeller. We met with Kitty 3 months before the event and had a free lunch tasting (up to 4!) with Cami in which we tried out our menu. Cami came to our final meeting with Rockefeller for our reception schedule and final head counts. Jillian worked the reception. They were very professional, friendly, and attentive. We made changes to our menu after the tasting. Cami offered to prepare my fiance's & my dinner plates for maximum efficiency and to draw us away from guests so we could eat. Jillian brought the last of the hors d'oeuvres to our sweetheart table so we could have a bite of them if we hadn't already. The food was excellent and they wrapped up leftovers in large foil containers for my family to take home and wrapped up extra dinner plates (on their plates & included a fork!) for my new husband and me so we could eat leftovers later. Our menu was delish: chicken satay, spicy beef empanadas, brie in puff pastry hors d'oeuvres; chicken crepes and orecchiette pasta provencal entrees; spinach salad, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans almondine, and bread. A little more salt than I'm used to eating, but it was all good and a lot of the guests told our parents they loved it. My parents were upset that for the money we spent, we weren't really getting any special meets like beef and fish, and they could have made Asian food, but it would have cost a lot extra. And was told that because of her her mistake that I will not be refunded the correct amount. It wasn't even dark yet. Mine was one of them. It could have easily been mitigated by a rent-a-cop. Take note as this was a very avoidable event. Beware and if you rent the venue get your own security if the venue doesn't care.

Station 3 has a magical quality that is hard to describe. It's not very big so the guests were literally only a few feet from me. However, it added an intimacy that really made this venue and the wedding stand out. I have no control over where my clients book their weddings but Station 3 would be high on my list as a recommendation. No other times - if you need to measure, plan, or tour the venue, that's when you've got to be there. No rehearsal times are possible, unless you rent the venue again. Management seemed put off after our second visit - we wouldn't have had to come back if their hours were not so brief! Questionable Business Practices. We meticulously cleaned the venue after our event, yet $60 was withheld from our deposit, without explanation. After calling them, the excuse we were given was that there was "water on the floor, probably from someone dragging a garbage can." That costs $60 to fix? All in all, it's a pretty place and inexpensive, but the fact that the lady running the operation is so difficult to work with makes it impossible to recommend the venue.

My husband and I chose Heights Villa for our 40th Wedding Vow Renewal on July 12, 2026. We began planning in February and met with the venue several times. During every meeting, we discussed our vision, requested pricing for décor, and watched detailed notes being taken. Unfortunately, it became clear that little of what we discussed was actually documented or executed. One of our biggest frustrations was the lack of transparency. We repeatedly asked for pricing throughout the planning process, yet on the day of our event we were shown an "upgraded" room and told that certain décor would require additional charges. Those conversations should have happened months before the event--not hours before our guests arrived. The décor did not reflect the vision we spent months planning. We requested red flowers, but received fuchsia accents that were never corrected despite assurances they would be. Our sweetheart table looked incomplete, one of the two decorative trees we requested was missing, and we received only a few easels for family photos after repeatedly asking for them. The day-of execution was equally disappointing. We were told there would be a large team available to prepare the venue and complete a 30-minute room flip. Instead, we only saw two men cleaning for several hours. I even watched décor being assembled just hours before the ceremony began. The venue itself was not ready for guests. There was a strong urine odor throughout the building, including the restrooms, which also lacked paper towels for much of the event. The bridal and groom suites were not cleaned properly, the bar area was cluttered with what appeared to be leftovers from a previous event, and spills throughout the venue often went unattended. Perhaps the most disappointing issue was the ceremony space. We were never told the air conditioning was not working properly. Our guests were visibly uncomfortable and had to fan themselves throughout the ceremony. We also had to request additional chairs despite the venue knowing for months that we expected approximately 200 guests. We even reported a large puddle caused by the air conditioning unit, but it was never addressed. Communication also declined significantly after our final payment was made. Calls and text messages often went unanswered, and there was very little urgency when we needed assistance on the day of the event. We were also informed at the last minute that our guests could not park in the parking lot until 30 minutes before the event, creating unnecessary confusion. While we are incredibly grateful to have celebrated 40 years of marriage surrounded by family and friends, we are deeply disappointed by the planning, communication, professionalism, and execution provided by Heights Villa. This was a once-in-a-lifetime celebration that deserved much better. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements so future couples and families do not experience the same disappointments we did.
