He patiently went through each step of the plan to get my MIL's teeth back to normal so she could enjoy life in her late 80's. I have issues with grinding my teeth and it's getting to the point where I needed to assess what I need to do to protect my teeth so that I can still use them as I get older. When I arrived, I asked the front desk to verify my insurance and schedule an appointment for Thursday 1/22/26. The front desk staff refused to verify my insurance and said they would "do it on Thursday." At the time, there were no other patients in the office, and part of the office lights were turned off, so they were clearly not busy. I still left a copy of my information and insurance card and was told it would be handled later. Today, Wednesday 1/21/26, the front desk called me and told me I needed to contact my insurance myself. Since verifying insurance is a basic part of scheduling, I canceled the appointment. I'm not looking for an apology -- I'm writing this so future patients know what to expect. This was the least helpful front desk experience I've ever had at a dental office.
