Every time I purchase more blinds or seek service on existing blinds...I like PSI Window Coverings more and more. Everything about the company is a "10". *Elaine absolutely knows her stuff. Listen to her if you're undecided on what to do. She'll give you an answer as a seasoned professional! Also, if you set an appointment make sure you are there...because she absolutely will be! *Phil (the owner) knows his business and also his customers. I love that he grew the business from scratch. He's never pretentious or condescending. He's interested in serving his clients...not telling you how much he knows! The man is the type of owner everyone wants to deal with. *Service Techs/Installers know what they're doing and are careful and clean. You'll see quickly this is not their 1st Rodeo. They're thorough and efficient. Be ready for them to get right down to business. I just stayed out of the way and answered their questions about our preferences. * Pricing was fair and complete! Let's face it...blinds are not cheap! But there are ways not to overspend and they'll guide you on that! My recommendation: Spend your money where it makes sense! Always going with the best...doesn't guarantee success. State your "have to haves" and the "not so importants" and then follow their lead! (Mine was motorized blinds! LOVE THEM!!! Bottom-line: we're very happy with the service, product, attitude and helpfulness of PSI Window Coverings. We purchased a new home just as the Covid-19 difficulties began for all businesses. We had a couple of appointments at the house for some initial measurements, product consultation and fabric and color selection. We were given an estimated time-frame for what we ordered and they were right on time. Their installer did a fantastic and very clean job. We ordered shades with remote control. We successfully use the Hunter Douglas remote, the Hunter Douglas app on an iPhone and Apple HomeKit to operate the shades. My wife loves being able to say, "Hey Siri, good morning." and have the shades in the house set to her preference for starting the day. I don't think I've ever written a bad review, but some things just need to be out in the open so consumers can make informed choices. About a year ago, we purchased and installed hunter douglas motorized blinds from PSI. Unfortunately, the customer service we have received from PSI hasn't met our expectations. The blinds STILL are not automated correctly despite having their technicians out to our home 3 times. The blinds are not cheap, and since you can purchase them from any authorized dealer, it's important to choose a company that will provide appropriate customer service in the event that the product does not work properly. PSI has not been helpful. They still have not corrected the problem. The technicians have been rude, in a hurry, and unprofessional. I recently moved into a home that was built in the late 80s. None of the window coverings had been replaced and were original to the house. I started with the master bedroom/ bathroom, guest room and guest bath. I am THRILLED!! My sales person, Holly M really knows her products! She steered me in the best choice for my needs! She quoted me that day, measured a few days later and got my order underway. The installer was polite, on time, clean, careful with my home and fast!! The Windows look fantastic, they filter light so I don't feel like I am in a cave, they are easy to use! I could not be happier with my experience with this company and highly recommend it! I was referred to PSI by Hunter Douglas. I needed to purchase new valences for my Hunter Douglas blinds. I went in with one of my valences, along with the dimensions for the ones I needed. I was helped by an associate who took down all my information, dimensions, color selection and was told a designer would call me the next day. The next day I received no call so I called and spoke with the owner who said he'd have a designer call me. I finally received a call from a person (Mary Kay) who was not a designer, who had no absolutely no information on what I needed or exactly why she was calling me except she had my name and number on her desk. Very frustrating. I would think for a small company they wouldn't be so disorganized, or maybe my job was just too small and they didn't want to be bothered. read more

We recently had PSI install 2 Hunter Douglas cellular shades in our newly remodeled Master Bedroom. Holly came out and measured and brought samples of colors and then 3 weeks later they were installed . FABULOUS is all I can say! With the top down bottom up motorized blinds on the window and verticals on the slider we couldn't be happier!! PSI did a great job!
