Went in to get my toes painted & SNS/Nail Dip. I am new to the area & trying to find a Nail Salon. This one won't be it though. The girl who painted my toes was nice & paid attention to detail. I was happy with that service. A guy did my nails. Leaving the Salon, I was happy with my nails. (pic attached) Later that evening my thumb nail cracked, I went back the next day & another guy happily fixed. Since Day 3, four more nails have cracked. I haven't bothered to go back. I have been getting SNS for awhile & this Salon is not getting it to set correctly which is why my polish keeps cracking. The Salon was clean. Staff was ok. I won't be back. read more

This nail salon is very beautiful. The people who work there are nice enough. But I was pretty unhappy with my pedicure. I felt very rushed from start to finish. I received the shortest exfoliating portion on the pedicure I have ever received she took it off as soon as she put it on and did not get any massage which honestly is the main reason I go to get a pedicure. She added lotion after she painted my toes and didn't even rub it in all the way so I had to finish rubbing it into my legs. This pedicure was maybe worth $15 definitely not what they charge. Do better your customers are who make your business successful. I normally will upgrade my pedicures to a luxury pedi but they didn't even show me their book of choices. If your workers don't want to work find new ones who will make you business successful. read more

They gave me A horrible fungus which evolved into Paronychia (diagnosed when it got so bad i had to go to the ER in horrific pain). went all the way up my arm and caused cellulitis there too I had 2 ER visits, A nerve block and had to have my thumb drained (absolute worst pain of my life)!! I was on 17 days of antibiotic's & still didn't resolve. Sidenote 1. yes I did try and call them several times before it got this bad for my Fill (they never returned my calls) 2. the fungus was there for TWO fills (so an entire month) and they Just kept filling over at & not saying anything (I am NOT the nail tech, THEY are the professionals I figured maybe they were thinking it'll grow out, maybe it's not that bad... I don't know? surely they would tell me if I should do something different other than keep filling it)?????? It was clear as day in their face. They were blind if they didn't see it. I finally went in there to show them what happened and talked to them about it and it was nothing but attitude & excuses for everything, not even acknowledgment, ownership or an apology. They told me they are "not doctors"... i said "you don't have to be a doctor HOWEVER, you go to school to BECOME a "nail tech" & you LEARN about Nail fungus, do you not"?!! They said "yes we do but we cannot treat it". I NEVER asked you to treat it but could you not of said: 1. " ma'am this is not normal, this is a nail fungus 2. you should take your nail off ...let it breathe 3. even a simple "buy some fungus nail stuff" to use or call your dr for advice but definitely Take it off for now" NOTHING. NO "cares" given! Just "fill fill fill" and here is what you owe $$$ I told them that HAD they done the correct thing it would have never gotten this far and I would've never had to go to the ER, now i have to see a hand surgeon! In regards to me calling and then never calling back they said: you must've called after hours or when they were "too busy to pick up the phone" My reply was 1. why would I call an establishment in the hopes to speak to them after hours? 2. I left several messages, do not check your messages and call clients back? The guy then asked me "what exactly do i want"?! and stated that they are "not paying my ER bills"! I was astounded at the level of unprofessionalism & no compassion. I was mainly looking for a sincere apology & some ownership of what they did. Very classless & ruthless read more

Great Customer Service and Nail Service. I still do pink and white acrylic which most salons do not like to do. My nails are beautiful.

I don't do my nails very often, so asked the owner for the fastest service the man said all of them take the same time, so I chose acrylic and asked how long it would take, the man said 30-40 minutes, I said ok because I have a commitment in 1 hour. So more than one hour passed, I said I needed to leave to come back and paint, very inconvenient because he lied, so he asked me to pay before leaving...even though I needed to come back, ok, so he told me one amount and charged a different one. When I questioned he said it was the credit card fee, I suggested he should have informed me before charging, and his answer was I spent a lot of time with you lady!! That is hilarious! The place is cute, but you can see it's only a money making machine, no care for customer service, for politeness...didn't even offer a drink, I have gone to places much simpler, with beautiful, kind customer service, much better cost and overall service. The up charge of "cute atmosphere" and glam is not worth it, in my opinion. read more

Since moving to PSL, I have not found a nail salon to replace the ones in Palm Beach. My wife called and made an appointment for me to go this shop and have my nails done. I usually go and have them trimmed/shaped-up/painted. Entering the shop, I was impressed with the cleanliness and decorative style of the shop. I didn't have to wait too long to get started. The guy who I had kept trying to get me to add nails to my natural nail. I advised him that I am a nurse and I am not allowed to have long nails. He continued to try multiple times to get me to add nails. Then I showed them the color that I wanted which was gray with sparkles. He ended up doing black with sparkles. All the while still trying to get me to add length to my nails. In the end, I could tell that he was not pleased about me not getting the additional length. He was talking to his other co-workers in their native language and they kept looking at me. By the end of him doing my nails, I knew this was a shop I would never go back too again. The results of their service is not on the same level as the shop itself. Don't be fooled by the glamour and glitter. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I haven't tried a ton of nail salons in PSL, but this is by far my favorite and as of now, I don't feel the need to look for another one. I've also only had experience with 2 of the nail techs that work here. One has done my nails a few times and I wasn't satisfied with the results at all. The other guy who sits at the front of the salon is the best. He always does my nails perfectly and is very detail oriented with his work. I had a pedicure done one time and it was just ok, but after a week the polish started chipping and I can usually make a pedicure last a few weeks before it shows signs of wear. The ambiance of the salon is so beautiful and relaxing too. The lighting is dim, mostly natural, and it's always quiet and calm. Not like when you walk into a lot of nail places where it's loud and there's so much "hustle and bustle" going on. It's always a nice peaceful 45'ish minutes out of my day and I walk out with beautiful nails read more

Tried going there twice when they first opened the first time they charged me $80 for a gel fill in even though they advertised 50% off. My nails lifted after the first week. The second time I tried them they charged me $85 for a fill and two of my nails broke in the first week. read more

I really wanted to like that studio nail salon. I moved in port st lucie 3 weeks ago so i have to find new places and try them of course. Yesterday was it for me. As i wanted to go to another nail salon as google map required to me on the nearest nail salon but on my way there i see Glam studio nail (not mentioned on google) and decide to go there instead as it near to my new house (5min away). Inside look new and nice and the host was pretty nice too peep the one star above! But i had a bad ecperience regarding my nails and all i wanted to do was crying. I wanted a simple full set with the dip powder (bubble bath color) bt when she started doing the dip the base nail polish was pretty thick and lumpy and as she was dipping my nail in the powder after that it was thick and bumpy. I always do my nails like this at 54 nails bar in west palm where i used to live and it was nothing like that, I can assure you. Even the girl that was doing her nails next to me was looking at it funny. Anyway, i said that i would wait the end result. It was horrible and i wasnt satisfied. One of the client could see what i was talking about as she touched all the nails as we were drying them and said "if you are not satisfied u shld say something after all its your money!" So all i wanted to do was to leave and not come back again but i said hey im a very polite person so may be i should ask to have it re-done! I asked the lady that was on duty that i wasnt satisfied and she asked me if i wanted soaked them off and i said yes please! Anyway i had my nails soaked for a pretty 10 min or so as another nail tech was coming to check while he was doing another client nails (thats just because i asked to not have my fingers soaked for too long). Finally, another tech decided to redo my nails to tell me that i cant have a not so long nails with the sharp/pointed nails cut it has to be long only. so since i was tired, irritated and frustrated i said fine leave it square (peep that i always do it like this and for this tech to tell me that is like the client has no say). He did them better than the other lady. Anyway i ended up paying 50 dollars because i had to redo everything. So there was no compensation for the bad looking nails and me waiting for another nail tech to have them fix. I was pretty sad after that especially fr the price. I mean i wasnt rude and i wasnt complicated but yet i felt like " the complicated client that doesnt know how nails suppose to look like" I will def not come back there. read more

I do SNS (dip powder or healthy nails, it's always called something different) over my longer natural nails (no acrylic nails or tips). I am so picky and generally leave nail places disappointed with my actual nail care even though I love the color and the longevity of the powder as opposed to paint. Not today! Minh did my nails immediately as a walk in on a Tuesday afternoon. Whereas most places will just start buzzing the polish off after one soak of acetone, he patiently went back and forth for about 20 minutes, soaking off the polish and then drilling only what would come off easily before returning them to soak again. Before he applied any polish I could have walked out right then, my natural nails looked so good. But I chose a light pink color powder with subtle glitter and not only did he do them quickly and flawlessly, they are much thinner and less chunky that my usual SNS experience. I couldn't be happier and Minh will be my go to for nails in PSL from now on!! Also per a friends recommendation, really looking forward to trying out some lashes with Paula next week.
