When we took it for a test drive there was a noise coming from the wheels and Mike the salesman said that was just rust on the rotors and once it wore off that would be fine and that was another lie, Carr had something wrong with the ball joints and that was another $500 to fix that. The car had been inspected by somebody equally as crooked as they are and the tires were dry rotted and had to replace for another 500+ dollars altogether I spent over $1700 to get the car on the road because I have to have it inspected in another state. When I called GM automotive and spoke to Mike I asked her to send me a check only for the air conditioning considering that he lied about it and he suggested that I drive back two hours to Bel Air and have their guy look at it and I thought is there guy, the criminal that passed the inspection for them too and I told him no and asked him to simply send me a check and I sent him a copy of the invoice and he could speak to mechanic as well if he liked, but they refused and they're criminals and they don't deserve to have honest customers that's for sure. Although, I loved the vehicle, I was hesitant due to price and the dealership being over an hour away. I did an application over the phone and within an hour Dezmond had an approval. I still wasn't comfortable with the payments. Nick DID NOT let me say it again DID NOT put any pressure on me when I declined. Fast forward to Friday Nick called me back, and advised me Dezmond was able to get me a better rate. This rate would keep my payments the same with Gap and extended warranty included. I made the drive and I was not disappointed. Nick is very knowledgeable and patient. He explained the details of the car, my contract and answered ALL my questions.
