After reviewing their work on Instagram, we decided to make an appointment here. Originally, my daughter wanted to stick with dip to maintain her natural nail length, but the nail tech explained that the specific design she requested could not be achieved with dip powder. She transitioned to Aprés Gel-X instead, and still made changes from the original inspiration photo to simplify needs and costs after consulting with the nail tech. The final result was absolutely gorgeous and prom-ready! The only surprise was the number of additional fees added throughout the appointment, so she called me a few times to confirm costs before proceeding. I was happy to cover it for such a memorable milestone event. In the end she got one nail with light blue french tip, two nails painted blue and two nails with painted butterfly or flower design on each hand where in her original design it was a different design on each nail. While we will likely continue using our regular salon for routine nails due to the pricing structure here, I would recommend Nail Haven for weddings, prom, and other special occasions depending on your design aspirations.

They always make me feel like family in the best way, and every visit is welcoming, professional, and consistent. I typically book appointments in advance because they are almost always busy, which speaks to how much people love this salon. The entire place is very well run, and you can clearly see the value they place on customer service, quality, and the overall experience. You truly can't go wrong with any of the nail technicians. Most recently, I had a pedicure with Timmy, and he was outstanding. His massage, scrub, and lotion treatment were so relaxing. He took his time, paid attention to every detail, and made the experience feel like a true self-care moment. My usual service is Gel-X with gel polish, along with a pedicure w/callus treatment and scrub. The quality is always excellent, and I consistently leave happy with my nails and feeling refreshed. I noticed fungus under one of my nails last week and was like crap-I need to go get them soaked off. Well, add busy life and I had a delay until today. I got them soaked off and 2 of them are pretty bad. She asked me where I got them done and I told her I get them done here!! Showed her the normal lady and chair that I sit in (my normal tech was doing other nails) As she's finishing my service, she tells me not to put anything on my nails. I totally understand and that is where I am devastated. How am I supposed to go to work looking like this???????? This was not my fault. I come to professionals for a reason!!! Then she charged me $35 for a soak off and manicure with no polish. This should have been FREE Ma'am. I just paid, left a small tip and left. I don't think they have a clue at how affected I am by this.

I requested a gel pedicure. The service itself was okay: She did stab me while cleaning up my cuticles, however she did apologize. I am not sure as to how many coats she did but looking closely at is now that I am home, they are not all even. Some toes are more transparent than others. My total was $48. My toes are not terrible, but they aren't the best and getting stabbed with the tool didn't create a good impression. There were also multiple flies flying around the salon
