My nails were done efficiently and look good. I got a pedicure as well by someone else and that wasn't a good experience. I left there still bleeding on my big toe and hurting on my other one. We are severely lacking good nail salons in this area. PT nails however is great at what they do. I went in on a Saturday around lunch time for a pedicure and a fill. They got me right in. Pedicure was great. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the hot towels... a bit too hot and gave me a slight burn, but she quickly removed it and they gave me $10 off my next visit. It was an honest mistake, and certainly wouldn't prevent me from returning. The pedicure was the best I've had in the area! Next was the fill... My nails turned out great and the girl who did them truly took her time making them look good. I am pleased with how they turned out. I will be back! read more

I waited for an hour upon my arrival before someone started on my nails. There were multiple staff members who sat on their phones without acknowledging how long I had been waiting. Nobody apologized for the poor service. While I was waiting, I selected a dark forrest green color. Once she began my nails, she filed to the point of drawing blood. I asked for builder gel and she piled it on so thick that it spilled over my cuticles and then never cleaned up the edges or filed them over again to smooth them out. When she began applying the color, the initial shade was a fluorescent green. I asked if it would build to a darker shade (the color of the swatch) and she assured me it would darken. After 3 coats, the color remained nowhere near what I had initially selected. At this point, I had already been there for 2 hours and was too frustrated to have her start over. I said I was unhappy with the color and she ignored my comment, filed my nails even shorter after the top coat, and left me with residue all around my finger tips. I was charged $70 for poor service and horrific looking nails. I will not be returning to PT and I will discourage others from doing so. On a side note, this place appears as though it could be overtaken by rats any day now-- it's filthy and very obvious the staff does not look after the saloon in the slightest. read more

This pedicure was amazing! Not only did is she taken her time prepping my toes and doing my French tips, but the leg and foot massage was awesome! I had to wait about 15-20 minutes when I first arrived but it was well worth it! Had such a great experience with the pedicure that ended up getting a manicure as well. This was the worst gel fill I've ever had. I showed them what my nails looked like when I sat down so they could see the shape and what I wanted. None of the nails are the same length or shape. The cuticles weren't trimmed. It already looks like a week growth because they did not paint the nail all the way. There was nail polish on my fingers. And now they are so thick! I recently visited PT nails for a full set of acrylic nails. I was serviced by the man that sits at table 1. I am very unsatisfacted with my nails and requested many times for him to fix things. He did not do that. When I requested to have them fixed in the morning, I was told "there was no time" and I had to go in at 11 to get them fixed. This is unacceptable. Honestly, the worst manicure I have ever had. Felt very rushed and they were not very busy at the time. Absolutely no massaging of my hands and no moisturizer at all. Tech also left me at the drying area with no timer set, I eventually just got up and left. I'm used to not having a lot of conversation with techs. This tech looked at my hands initially and the only thing she said to me was to comment on how long it must've been since my last manicure. I have an autoimmune disorder that affects my hair, skin and nails. I informed her I have been ill. I was there to get my nails back in shape-not to be shamed. Technician put a different color in my daughters hands when she requested the same color then when trying to say no all of a sudden they could not understand English. Prices are not consistent. Apparently they charge whatever they want. Not ever going back there. A few weeks ago I went in for a polish change,Because my regular girl at Magic nails was booked. Now, I am a regular pedicure client at PT nails. And their regular going to charge for a polish change on a gel set is $30. Which kind of surprised me considering that is a polish change! So I asked them "what they charge for a fill. The cost was.... $35. I could've gotten a fill every week for $35 instead of paying the $30 to get a polish change. I am livid. Now some of these people might do a good job but check your flipping pocketbook. The neighborhood is not ritzy enough to pay that effing price. I got my crappy $25 pedicure where she didn't even take all of the nail polish off my toes. She also did not file my nails. she just scrubbed my heels and painted my toes.. My feet were not that bad when I walked in... but they did not look any better when I walked out.and they did the crappy ass job of painting them. I know that I sound like a Karen at this point I don't even effing care. Because it was so bad. I even tried to complain but nobody seem to speak English at that point there. After trying to talk to four people I eventually just said #%# I'm out. I did not ask to speak to anybody's manager because I was that effing done. They can see by my toes that she did a shitty job. That was the last chance they had with me.I would rather get a fill once a week and pay the extra five dollars and pay someone that does a subpar job 30 to do a job that should only cost 15 to 20. Of course when you call to complain nobody seems to understand what the heck you're saying. I am very frustrated which is probably why this is going to be the most negative review that you might read today about a nail salon. My toes aren't pretty which is why I get a pedicure. And I always hope that no one can see that far down to the ground. but after this one toe it's just stupid. She didn't even file my toenails and when I asked her three times and didn't understand what she said I gave up. Should have known better then to go to a 2.5 star nail salon. They scratched me pretty bad with the pumas stone. We waited over 30 mins for our toes to dry but had to leave. This nail salon is extremely unprofessional and very disorganized. When they "take appointments " over the phone, they don't write down your name, document the appointment or communicate with the technician. There have been numerous occasions where I show up and my appointment is not acknowledged. I've been asked to wait for over an hour or come back at a later time. I came here for to get pretty before my birthday and was not disappointed. It was my first visit, but, certainly will not be my last.
