Got the referral. Then recieved a text from Sensible SL saying I need to fill out all their 100 question form first. So I did. Got a voicemail saying they have the referral and call to schedule. Only for me to go through all those steps for them to tell me no actually they aren't scheduling. I asked if the policy changed from last week to this week. She gave me a robotic answer about it always being that way. They should just be up front with ppl from the start that they aren't scheduling, instead of all the hoops. frustrated I spent all that time filling out forms in detail, and getting referred by my doc for them to say they aren't accepting patients.

Chris would get six stars if I could give them. That said, the new "intake team" is grotesquely incompetent, loses paperwork, can't identify ICD-10 codes, blames coworkers when simple tasks aren't done, and lies for days about when work that used to take NWRA desk staff five minutes is going to be completed. After giving them my business for years I gave up and am looking to go somewhere else for PT because the clerical staff's incompetence is standing in the way of me getting the therapy my surgeon prescribed. It's a shame the low-level workers are so awful because they have some of the best physical therapists in Salem. Too bad their data entry flunkies do everything in their power to prevent you from getting to work with them.

While working on my shoulder in 2019 (I was laying on my back on the table and he was sitting on a stool on my right)while working on it my hand was in the air between us and my eyes were closed. I felt fabric under my hand suddenly. He had layed the back of my hand on his crotch. I was in shock and I froze. I wish I had the nerve to say something right then but I have extreme anxiety. I tried to yank my hand back but he kept holding on to it like nothing happened. He would also bring up random questions like "What would your stripper name be?" Or say other inappropriate things. I went to the police and filed a report but the police said "we believe he is socially awkward so we won't press charges." You can not be socially awkward like that with clients. It is not okay. I have been too afraid to post my review but this is still tormenting me 2 years later and I don't want it to happen to anyone else.

I called, expld my Medicare supplement Ins. (85 y.o. retired LEO) should pay all. 6 mos. later, now in my Florida home, I get collections agency text(no reference to PT NW) that I owe $518.96, several calls reveal PT NW didn't have my Medicare #, say sent me many e-mails I didnt get. No paper billing. Paid $#@! bill, then had to get dam # for them. Still needs follow up to see they rebill Medicare so I can recover $$ I didn't need to pay. Much room for improvement!

They and the insurance company acknowledge they made a mistake and even have our initial conversations on record yet they still insisted that I owe them. I've previously done therapies with other companies so I'm familiar with how treatments should occur. But, the group of therapists were frequently unprofessional by flirting and talking and talking and talking to mainly girls in the facility instead of focusing on their patients. Overall, I left there feeling frustrated and not any better. I will not recommend PT NW to my friends.

However, around the 6th session he got very frustrated during a task and threw a toy at her. No one was injured and of course throwing like that is never okay. However, her response was to abruptly end the session--she literally said, "You need to grab your purse and leave". We left quickly and without protest in shock. I left a voicemail and two emails asking if we could chat about the situation before she responded 5 days later and she showed zero empathy or vested interest in us. She said that situation is a time for parenting, not speech therapy, and she just doesn't deal with it. We started speech therapy so that he can find his words and here was an opportunity to teach and I felt we were punished for the exact thing we were seeking her help to improve. I spoke to at least 4 other speech therapists to get their opinion and all of them said they would never just end a session like that (particularly because he wasn't throwing a tantrum--it was a single act of frustration and then he looked to her for a response and because of his age) and one even said RUN from that type of provider. At that point, the trust was gone and we ended all future services.

It took us a few months to master "up" and "in". Dr Waters told us from the beginning that our daughter will speak. Now, two years later, my daughter utters 3-5-4 word sentences like "Mama how was your day?" and "what is this?". She even said lately "mama called and doctor said no monkey in the bed". How can I have an original balance when I had never been there before. Called the billing dept. She actually told my husband there is an EXTRA charge after 10:30 p.m. to visit the ER!!!! HUH?! BCBS promptly called them & got that fee removed! Review your bills! I guess they think they can stick in charges that you'll miss because they are billing multiple times from multiple people & you'll never notice! RIPOFF! They have a monopoly here in town seeing as the Urgent Care Center told my husband he had no pulse in his right foot & sent him there! They even wanted to send him by ambulance & he said "no". See the vicious circle here? One medical place is referring to the next?! By the way his "pulse" in his foot was found w/in 2 seconds at the ER to the tune of $3,000....!
