PT Solutions of Bridgemill - Sixes Road - Canton GA Let me start out by saying everyone at PT Solutions of Bridgemill has been great! I am 53 years old and consider myself very active. I have participated in many sports - volleyball, softball, flag football, tennis - and have done my fair share of running including 7 marathons. Two years ago I retired from my 26 year sales engineer career to concentrate fully as owner / operator of my landscape business. After doing so my health got considerably worse and after lots of nagging from my family I got checked out and as a result I had severe arthritis (bone on bone) in both hips. Things got progressively worse making my daily tasks difficult, even just walking up our stares was becoming painful; so it was time to get complete hip replacement in both my hips. I started therapy with PT Solutions of Bridgemill a few months prior to my surgery, which I believe was extremely helpful in reducing my rehab/recovery time. Mentally it gave me some time to prepare for surgery ( as I never had major surgery before so I was extremely anxious) which I was assisted by the staff who were extremely helpful in addressing my concerns / fears. My 1st surgery was in December followed by 2nd surgery in February, followed by 5 months of therapy. From day 1, the staff at PT Solutions have been extremely professional and knowledgable. To put it straight forward, they do a great job; from scheduling to communication to the actual therapy sessions. There were times when therapy was hard, when it was painful, but I the staff always motivated / pushed me to get through each session. 5 months after my surgeries and therapy I can't be more happier with my results. Activities that were painful prior to surgery no longer hurt and I was able to get back on the volleyball court last week ( although I took it easy). I am thankful for PT Solutions of Bridgemill for assisting me through this life altering journey which was both physically and emotionally difficult, and although therapy was hard at times to me they were able to make it "fun". My time with PT Solutions of Bridgemill has come to an end which is bittersweet as I am ready to move on with the next phase of my recovery, but on the other hand I am no longer going to get to see the staff and other patients; some of which I now consider as friends. Everyone at the Bridgemill PT solutions is phenomenal. Luke & Ashley are very knowledgeable and pay attention to details that other practitioners miss. I worked with Luke for PT & dry needling - my shoulder pain was excruciating & it seemed like it was unfixable, but he had me back to normal surprisingly fast. Ashley treated my 7 year old & was able to identify the source of problems that we struggled to explain. She was patient and kind and put my normally anxious kid at ease (PT day became her favorite day of the week!). This is my third experience with PT Solutions Bridgemill. Each time just gets better and better. Ashley is the consumate professional. When I leave after each session, I can feel the improvement immediately. After falling and hitting my head on a concrete Pickleball court, I experienced vertigo for the first time in my life. It was awful! After a CT scan proved there was no bleeding and no fracture, my PT could begin. All it took was one session in the capable hands of Luke and Katy ! I was 90% better after my fist session! I came back a few more times to repeat and to reinforce the home exercises they prescribed. I hope I never need PT again, but if I do, I'll be going back to Bridgemill PT Solutions! read more
