A friend of mine and I went to the bar after work to get food and drinks. The bar was partially full with about half of it being empty. When we went to take a chair at an open area with no machines the bartender insisted that the empty area needed to remain open. Let's be clear there was nobody in the dining room ordering food and the bar itself was half empty. She clarified the machines were for those that were gaming, although there were about half empty. We offered to move if anyone came and wanted them. This was after the "after work rush" and people were leaning not coming. Another single, elderly gentleman said that he was also sent away and was forced to sit alone. I'm guessing the reason he was not eating and drinking at home was because he didn't want to sit alone Meanwhile, there was a group of men that she was flirting with that pulled up extra chairs to the bar that she said was not allowed. Overall, the bartenders were extremely rude. I would not go to this location ever again. I can spend my money where it's welcome. Side note if you don't want anyone coming into your bar to eat and drink unless you're gaming make it a Doty's and call it good. Both bartenders were heavyset, one blond, I was told was manager, and a brown hair girl. Interesting field choice for miserable people. Walk in, go to the patio. Wait like 10 minutes for service. Order, then told by someone else that I have to move. Okay. So while I go inside to get a seat, guy has my beer starts to follow me but BRINGS IT BACK TO THE BAR because he can't be bothered to follow me to my seat. I ask for a menu, brings me an old stained paper menu that has obviously been handled by multiple people - isn't the point of cheap xerox copy paper menus to get new ones that aren't covered in germs? Am seated for 45 minutes, never gets my order but helps the nearby table multiple times. I pay $9 for my small cup of beer and leave without ordering. Crappiest, unfriendliest service I've had in a while. If bars are struggling, maybe be nice and check in on your customers. read more

It's a brand new place with a stupid barkeep er that takes 28 minutes to come and take an order at the bar that is almost empty, about a dozen customers or so. When I asked her she shush ed me up with a weird hand gesture like she's chasing a fly away.... Too bad for the owners, cus they put some effort in this place, but except the black guy, the other bartender, there is not much in terms of professional service . may 25,2023 they're lucky the food is good that's the only reason for the one star horrible service , i came here with only a party of five . it took them forever to just get our drink order , after 20 minutes i had to physically go grab the lady to get our order . it's now been an hour and a half since we ordered our food and just now got told , it was never put it in and we still need to wait . and to mention the whole hour and a half we all had empty cups and she just walked by acting like we weren't even here . really upset . we even came after the knights game to make sure we didn't disturb nobody . poor service and very understaffed , she was the only one waiting . would like to to mention two parties that came after us were waited and served before us . read more

This place was amazing during hockey season... They have reclinable chairs and nice leather couches at most PT Golds.. The drink specials changed several time during the game which was nice! Friendly bar tenders and I suggest getting their free discount card... It was well lit. I love the familiarity of PTs, and the improvements on the old of each new branch. Decided to check out the newest one with a friend. Great place to watch a game (alas, it was the wee hours of the morning). Super big, super clear TV's at the bar. Biggest hit or miss in any PTs is the bartender. Another hit. Shannon was great. Attentive without being pesky. That is, when she saw that we wanted to talk to her she was warm and personable, but when we she came back to check on us and saw we were in deep conversation she just pointed at our drinks. A quick nod, and another round was on its way. Not the closest (or even top 20 closest) PTs to where I live, but will be back. Either for a game, or to see Shannon. Oh, and as for food. I used to come and spend money quiet often to this place till they took me for a ride with blue cheese burger no blue cheese? They apparently were out of blue cheese so they sub it with some BS sliced blue cheese!!! Horrible burger! So they comped it, kind of swept the problem under the rug!! So I've been to lots of PT's, many many times. Mind you this complaint is not pertaining to the food or beer, but to the water. Why in God's name does this water taste like Lake mead/ nasty pool water. The water here legitimately taste contaminated. How is one supposed to "sober up" on water, if it tastes absolutely disgusting. Now the food is good but does it really take 40 minutes to get an order of 5 things? This is PT's Gold, this is supposed to be higher end right. You'd think it'd be on top of their game. read more

So yesterday I went here with my in laws and we had excellent service. My boyfriend and I went in today to watch the Redskins game. We were able to get one tv to be a Kings game. Food was excellent and beer nice and cold but good lord our server sucked. Like I feel like she judge me and my boyfriend as being cheap because we asked for game day specials. The place was pretty empty and she didn't have a lot of tables but she kept ignoring us. Never checking on us, seeing how the food is or if we wanted more beer. The bartender got us a new beer and she wasn't even our server. We could've been the easiest table for our server to have because me and my boyfriend both work in the restaurant industry but instead she was too busy trying to mooch off the old ladies. We come here to watch the Steelers games. Despite the Steelers group meeting here since this location has opened (so they should know what to expect) yet they seemed to have one waitress for a full house and she didn't seem to have any hustle whatsoever. She even told us it was going to be a while to get a tv changed to the game, while the food runner did it in 30 seconds when we asked him. We gave up on our server and started going to the bar to actually get anything. The food is mediocre. I had a buffalo chicken flatbread that was so sweet it was like BBQ sauce, gross. They also put sugar in their "coo coo" fries, be forewarned. Unless it's happy hour everything is over priced. PTs used to be decent before they started putting one on every corner. I hope the Steelers group finds a new location so we can go somewhere that seems to care about the customers the group brings in. read more

I went once there on a wednesday night for the happy hour, my bartender was Carlos and after that day i started going every 2 wednesdays when i can to drink something or talk with him. Every time i go we talk about movies or shows, he give me some recommendations and i try yo watch them haha. Had a group lunch and our server was prompt and very nice. She got all of our orders correctly conveyed to the kitchen. Food was delivered hot. "BEST PT'S" This newer PT's is the best one I have been in. Very cool modern industrial vibe. Bar in the middle. Great TV's. Great friendly and hard working waitresses. I like having a neighborhood bar. My critique is the beer menu lacks craft beer. My pizza was just average. The quality of drinks is average. Yes, I will come back to watch a game but knowing food and drink is average and nothing to look forward to. (Although I don't gamble, it was obvious this is a big part of this place.) read more

I was at a business function so my husband popped in for a beer and a bite. Waitress took his beer order and never returned with his drink or to take his order. He watched her talk to other patrons, clear a table and then stand in the back talking to the other employees. After 10 minutes of no service he walked out. What was more important than the customer to that waitress, clearing a table that could wait or serving a new customer? What a shame. read more

This location is still terrible. Our server took our order at midnight, came back 2 minutes later saying "sorry I'm off the clock, go order at the bar". Blonde girl was still here 20 minutes after she said that and could have easily have had our drinks. Waited so long for our EASY appetizers (our spinach dip was cold) to make. Do NOT go if you are a local. I went there for the first time with my wife. Sat at one of the poker seats at the bar. I live in the area. We ordered drinks, food and started to gamble and was winning. We started to talk to others near. The 8 people around us were all locals too and visiting for the first time. After about 30 minutes, the bartender came up to us and asked us to move because they had some BIG HITTERS coming in. He would give us $50 more to gamble with and pick up our tab. It seemed really weird. Is this normal in Vegas? Then, one by one, he started to ask those around us too to move. We had all started to talk to each other because you could see on each person's face how disappointed they were upset too. The bartender then said that he would get in trouble with his supervisor if we didn't move but that we didn't have to. However, the last time he couldn't get someone to move he got in trouble but that we didn't have to. All of us eventually said it was wrong and rude. So we left and all agreed we wouldn't come back and would tell at least 10 of our friends the story. I wonder if the BIG HITTERS will spend what the Eight of us would spend over the years plus the 10 each who will never visit as well. Boo! read more

Visited this PT's for the first time to watch a Knights game. As soon as we walked in Cheyenne greeted us. She was super nice/friendly and helpful. Most tables were reserved (for the game) but bar and some tables were available. We grabbed unreserved seats and had great service from Dyra the entire time we were there. Dyra was super friendly and efficient always stopping by at the right time. It got very busy and the staff worked their butts off! The entire staff was very friendly. They have a really nice outdoor patio environment too. Ladies room was VERY clean. People were smoking but there was no smelly smoke in the place and was not a bother at all and the only reason I mention this is because I read some reviewers complained about this, nothing could be further from the truth (get over it!) Vodka and cranberry drink was a decent pour. 5pm to 7pm was happy hour which was 50% off domestic beer, some drinks and appetizers. We had such a good time we reserved a table to return for the next Knights game and our friends agreed and are returning with us. The menu offered appetizers, burgers, pizza and some entrees like orange chicken, steak and fish and chips. We only tried the mozzarella sticks/triangles this time which were very good and look forward to trying more on the menu on our next visit . They had a breakfast menu too. read more

This location just opened recently and it's very nice inside. Depending on who you get the service has been average to very good for a place like this. I have been to about 5 different PT's around the city and this one is the nicest, it has high ceilings and a good layout and it's still nice and new inside. read more

The place was empty and service was slow. We ordered sandwiches. What's the hold-up? Fries don't take over 35 minutes.

The pancakes were great and the day shift Bartender Cara is awesome. The place is new so not much of a crowd yet but when the outdoor patio is finished that looks very nice. read more
