If I could give this bar 0 stars, I would. I am filing a formal complaint regarding bartender Petrina Kline and the unacceptable treatment I experienced at your establishment. I came into the bar after a very difficult day and simply wanted to relax with a couple of drinks. There were only a handful of people at the bar, and I spent most of my time quietly minding my own business, wearing headphones and keeping to myself. After being there for over an hour, I approached another customer and asked if I could buy a cigarette from him for $20. He agreed without hesitation, and there was no argument, confrontation, or issue between us whatsoever. Immediately afterward, bartender Petrina Kline accused me of "harassing customers." This accusation was both insulting and completely unfounded. I had not spoken to any other patrons besides that individual, and he clearly had no problem interacting with me. Petrina then told me to "get the fuck out." I informed her that I had done nothing wrong and was not finished with the wine I had already purchased. At that point, she grabbed my full glass of wine and intentionally threw it onto the floor. I have photographic evidence showing the wine glass after it was thrown, and I also possess video footage related to the incident. She then contacted the police. I remained at the location because I wanted the opportunity to explain what had actually occurred and provide my side of the story. When I requested a refund for the drink that had been taken from me, my money was thrown on a trash can and I was forced to retrieve it myself, because another customer had went to grab my money themselves and was gonna steal it. I found that behavior humiliating, degrading, and completely unprofessional. I have never experienced treatment like this from a bartender in my life. What concerns me most is that I believe I was unfairly judged based on my appearance. I had spent the day moving and was dressed casually. Instead of being treated like any other paying customer, I was immediately viewed as a problem despite the fact that I had not caused any disturbance and had interacted with only one customer other then the bartender (her). I believe assumptions were made about me based on how I looked, and I found the entire experience offensive and degrading. Whether those assumptions were based on my race, appearance, socioeconomic status, or a combination of factors, I was clearly not treated with the respect and professionalism that every customer deserves. It is also important to note that I was not intoxicated at any point during this incident. I had not consumed any alcohol prior to arriving at the bar. While at the establishment, I consumed two shots and one glass of wine. I attempted to drink another glass of wine that I already paid for, but that drink was barely consumed because it was the full glass of wine that Petrina Kline later grabbed and threw onto the floor. At all times, I was fully aware of my surroundings, able to communicate clearly, and capable of conducting myself appropriately. Any suggestion that my behavior was the result of intoxication would be inaccurate and inconsistent with what actually occurred. Again, all of this can be proved simply by viewing the camera footage from the bar. I am requesting that corporate conduct a thorough investigation into this incident, including a review of all surveillance footage, witness statements, and any available records from that day. I would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter privately and professionally. However, if I do not receive a response, I will have no choice but to pursue other avenues available to me, including sharing my documented experience publicly and consulting legal counsel regarding preservation and review of the surveillance footage and other evidence. I look forward to hearing from someone regarding the outcome of this complaint. Thank you. read more

I was born and raised here in Las Vegas and have been going to PT's for years. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this location was disappointing. The midnight-shift bartender, Esther, was unpleasant and seemed overwhelmed, running around the bar despite there being only a few customers. There was also an issue with an Uber order due to a lack of attention to detail, which resulted in the customer having to return the order themselves. I've visited many PT's locations over the years, but the level of hospitality at this one did not meet expectations. . read more

The food here is delicious and fresh. It's cooked well and with some skills; trust the eats here are better than a Denny's; and beats cooking right. Beer or that drink needs some comfort food. Here we go! Challenge your mate to that game of pool, try and make it to twenty one on the gaming machine. Don't drink so much that you miss out on your chances at millions though. Drink, smoke, caught up on the news or whatever channel you wish. The television displays are all around you. You can still see straight it's time for another round. You can never go wrong with a favorite song on the juke box either. The only thing that would be better would be the live band playing some blues. Time for another round. Good spot to get a beer, especially the 5-7 Happy Hour....1/2 off all drinks....food isn't anything to get excited about though....would recommend eating elsewhere and coming during HH for drinks....pizza appear to be frozen, boneless chicken is all breading with very little chicken inside....tacos are average, better at Taco Nell truthfully...service is hit or miss depending on who's behind the bar....the ambience is nice, somewhat upscale but the clientele at times says otherwise....will return because of the happy hour but wouldn't eat here again in future....RECOMMEND for HH only.... read more

We stopped by PT's Gold right in the same complex of the cafe lounge we just came from, looking for more drinks. As we entered it was kind of a dark and smoky place. Casino gaming machines on the bar, main bar, dining area, lounge area , and pool tables. Looks like a spot for locals and regulars. I asked for a drink menu and I got a weird look. I knew then this really isn't our kind of spot, but the bartender was nice enough to get our order and make us some drinks. We ordered a Manhattan, an old fashioned and a cosmopolitan. They came out alright...They also had a food menu, which looked good but we didn't want to eat, so we decided to just have our round of drinks and call it a night. read more

We just moved into the area and went here last weekend with a group that was visiting from out of town. We didn't have high expectations, but we all really enjoyed it. Bartenders were really busy but took care of us as quickly as they could and the prices really can't be beat. Most of us got the wings and those were better than most bar wings I've had around Vegas. Last night I went out to PT's to watch the VGK games. I ordered a 15 piece wing and had two sodas. The bill came to $40! Needless to say I won't be going back there again. This is the second time PT's has soured my evening. The Sunset Rd location I had the freaking line cook come out and gave me grief about how I wanted my French fries cooked. I reported that incident to corporate and they emailed me back about two months later saying there's nothing they can do because I failed to provide accurate information. It is no wonder this bar has 2.5 stars with the treatment they give guest. I witnessed a customer being treated very poorly, called names, and even told that they don't care what the owners think, when the guest requested a number to call for complaint. The staff is very rude and according to (keeper) who said she was a GM, even though she was bartending and collecting tips from guest?? she doesn't care about guest perception. I was shocked and quite disappointed to see this treatment of another guest. I hope this bar does address these issues and doesn't care either way as the manager stated. My experience was okay this being said, but as a operator of a local business this behavior should and needs to be addressed!!! read more

I was appalled that I was asked to move from the keno machine I had been playing for 2hrs! just because some guy came in and requested it. This is a pretty small PT's. Circular bar. Some high top seating around the place. Plenty of TVs. Nice, friendly, and attentive bartenders. What else can I say? It's a PT's. You get here pretty much the same as what you get at every other PT's location. I do appreciate, though, that this location is on the smaller side and rarely ever crowded. This was stop #3 on the happy hour Hop for the night. We walked in and the place was dark seamed friendly enough and has a large interior with pool tables, shuffle board and a few other things to enjoy. We hit the bar quickly to make sure we did not have a miss-hap like we did at stop #2 and oh boy was i surprised, i ordered a draft and out comes the mug of all mugs, Frozen with ice cold brew inside. Becky picked up a Mai Tai that was very strong and made right. We also took advantage of the 1/2 price pizza and ordered a small BBQ Chicken, which i must say was delicious. The staff was friendly and fast and recommended some great drinks. Worst customer service ever. Came in here for happy hour - ordered well's on the rocks. Came to find when we got the bill that they charge an extra $1.50 when you have a drink on the rocks (post happy hour discount). I suppose that would mean an extra $3.00 a drink in regular prices when you have your drink on ice instead of with soda. Who knew it costs an extra $3.00 when you ask them not to add something to your drink? Complained to the lovely bartender who looked at us like we were crazy and that every bar tacks these prices on. I guess they rely on brand new 21 one year old's who have never actually been to a bar before. Especially great since they never mention these additions before they give you the bill. Note to everyone - stay away, much better places to drink in Las Vegas that won't sour your experiences in the city. Went around 10pm with six others after being in the Pajama Game musical. It was recommended by another cast member. We ordered the coo coo fries and nachos so big it should be renamed to Nacho Mountain--it was Huge! Both were very good. It was my first time at this PT's (third time at a PT's EVER) and I ask the gentleman (bald guy with a beard) how much an adios is. He says "it's happy hour it's half off" so I ask ok how much is that , his response was "are you fucking serious it's happy hour who asks that" then proceeds to walk away. This guy ignores me for the rest of the night. I ask him again that I want an adios and he says "I'm not serving you". I ask him why he isn't serving me and he says "I don't have to tell you" I work in a bar. I'm a good tipper I was just curious to the price since my friends wanted to know. I normally love this place but we had the worst service on June 17th. It was just after midnight and our server, Janet or maybe Janice, was so incredibly rude. From the moment we walked in it was clear she didn't want us to be there. First she ignored us, then when she came to the table she didn't speak, she just stood there with her pen and pad at the ready. Once I gave her my order, she criticized me for ordering with out meat, then continued to call me insulting names through out our time there. Rather then using her words and asking us to hand her plates and glasses, she just pointed, grunted and used hand signals. It was the weirdest dining experience we've ever had. If we do go back in, we'll definitely be sticking with the bar and not sitting at a table again. read more

But it took about 10-15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were sitting there (we were right next to the bar). It wasn't busy at all. Once we were finally given menus service was just slow. This place is like a second home even the bartenders(Frank or Edgar) that usually work the graveyard shift know my order once I walk through the door. So I come in on a Sunday night and they have this one female bartender I wasn't familiar with. I ask for a Jameson and ginger ale, as simple as that sounds, she pours a Jameson and club soda. Her explanation was, "some PT's don't have ginger ale." So she remakes it, I downed the first one and asked for another round. She DOES THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN! When I asked her to remake it, she disgustingly takes the cup and pours another shot of Jameson and tells me to take care of this one. All that attitude and still didn't fix the drink. I just took the drink and didn't mind to ask again. I never had such terrible service that it made me ask a friend to use her yelp account to post this. Prices were good because of the late night happy hour but the service from the one bartender was horrendous. I'm not going back. He obviously doesn't care about working for tips!!
