Used the online process to reserve our climatized unit. Public Storage has made a website that is very easy to use. When we arrived at the facility to see the unit in person and get a feel for the site, we were very impressed. It was not only clean but the onsite employee (Francine) was extremely helpful. I was a little disappointed that you could not sign a contract for a specific amount of time. We are doing a remodel and was hoping to lock in a price. Hopefully we won't experience to many price increases. Time will tell. read more

I have used this location for over a year. Never had a problem till today. The customer service I received today was so bad that I will never use a public storage location ever again. Store #23002 - I have been a customer for nearly 3 years. I'll start with the initial contract date and the person who helped. Very bad experience! One mention and moving on...she sold me a new lock-set that would not function after a 3ft drop onto the corridor and would not provide a replacement for free. I was forced to trust my belongings to a couple (older) who were moving into a space near me while I went t0 Home Depot for a new lock. Fast forward to the new manager - Danny. I'm amazed at the service he provides. Twice he escorted me to my space to assist with what was likely tampering with my lock, the second time with apparent damage from a pick of a sort. I trust Public Storage for my needs and have and will recommend them always. Thanks again Danny read more

Go somewhere else! I had an indoor storage unit with an open wire net top. I know someone was inside our storage unit and went through our boxes. Also, the ceiling was messed up for the longest time due to what looked like water damage. When they finally fixed the ceiling they did a horrible job, didn't even protect our unit; so much ceiling dust and debris pieces were all over our unit and items. They don't prorate either. I paid $264 two days ago, closed my storage and then found out I wouldn't be getting any refund. What a ripe off, especially since they didn't take care of the facility. read more

Worst place ever. Many of our expensive crystal kitchen topperware is missing and other valuable possessions. Our car was loaded with all our belongings and couldn't fit the empty broken boxes inside. We asked the employees for help if we can throw away these useless boxes into their trash can and were denied. Horrible customer service. First and last time I trust this place with my personal expensive belongings. Plus the staff ignored me while I was calling out for her to ask if I can use her dolly to simply carry out my broken down boxes into a dump right by their place. And when I finally asked, they denied their help. I came back to pick up all my belongings trusting they would all be there and over 200$ worth of my belongings are missing. I only have the key to the lock I was required to purchase from them. Doesn't seem like I was the only one who had the key to my lock since some of my belongings were missing though. Staff is rude and obnoxious. I highly recommend any other place but this one to trustingly store your belongings. Fuck y'all. read more

Helpful, courteous staff. We have used public storage before and find their facilities clean and well kept.

The property on the whole is clean but.... the hours are very inconvenient in that the gates are locked at 6pm. This is the earliest I've ever experienced. The only reason I decided to go ahead with renting here is that it is close to home. Other than that, it's not convenient. Office staff on the whole are friendly. Like others, my rate increased with very little notice. My rate increased by $21/month. That's $252/year! read more

Had a storage unit at this location for approximately a month. When we signed up, all was well. Fast forward to when I was ready to close out the unit because I no longer needed it, the number you call for this location NEVER answers (not exaggerating). I left a voicemail, never got a return - the number is valid they just NEVER EVER answer. The District manager gave me the same number. I opened my storage 3 weeks later to empty out my storage - all my boxes were torn open (my lock was intact). I have about $7000 in missing items. I told the person working at the time about this and he said in his own words ... "none of our employees are allowed to bring tools on site, but it doesn't mean a rogue employee could have got into your unit". Very skeptical statement. My storage has an open top thats covered by a thin gate. I filed a police report and am going through insurance, but the DM, nor the site manager (can't get ahold of him) have been 0 help. There's also tons of dead roaches and trash all around the entrance and within the unit halls. I will never recommend Public Storage to anyone I know - you can count on this. read more

This is the worst storage facility I've ever been to. Being a mover for over 25 yrs. means I've been to a lot of storages. In less than a month our stg unit has been broken into at least three times. Everything in there were what my wife and I have collect for the past three decades. 1000s of dollars of my wife's stamp collection and other collectibles have been taken. When we told the staff they said,"that happens a lot here". Wish she would have mention that before she took or money and wasted my time most the staff are very unpleasant to deal with about this situation. In my opinion " some of the employees are in on it". Of course that's only my opinion. The hours are ridiculous at best. They are locking the gate when most average people have time to deal with storage. This give robbers a 12 hr. Window to pilfer your belongings. From 6 pm to 6 am. No one can go in any gates or doors. To top it off. There are no cameras in the buildings at all. To sum it all up. Use my experience and listen to me when I say, "DO NOT EVERY GET A STORAGE UNIT WITH THIS FACILITY. YOUR STUFF WILL NOT BE SAFE, at all!!!! read more

I was in a rush to get a unit for the next day because I had to make an immediate emergency move and really needed a place to store my valuable things. I had been to several others with no luck. The problem was that I really wanted a place that was clean, friendly and reasonable priced. I received a call back the same day within minutes from a lady name Shery. She set an appointment for me to come in the next day. Upon meeting with Shery, she immediately made me feel very comfortable and that I was in the right place. The office was very clean and cool inside. Shery was very nice and took the time to help me find the right size unit and price. She went over all the prices with me and found me a great price ($1 move in for the first month)!!! This is exactly what I was looking for!!! I also told her that I was a VETERAN and she even offered me the MEMORIAL DAY weekend special. Man she was "awesome!" I had no idea that I would be treated so nice and helpful during a time when I needed it most and when I was really stressed out and was getting to the point where I thought I was running out of time and would just have to take anything for any price. In addition she even took me on a tour of the property and showed me the unit. I saw how clean the property and unit was inside. That made me feel really comfortable. This is when I knew that I was in the right place. She also help me find the right size boxes I needed. She took the time and went over all the prices with meet to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Guys I've dealt with other Storage facilities before as being in the military and moving several times throughout my career. Shery and this place is a great place to rent from, you will not be disappointed and will receive awesome customer service and satisfaction. read more
