Lately, I find customer service with most companies has been forgotten about, but with Public Storage I went there I was greeted with a smile an employed by name of Lou or Loui, excellent service help me out and set the whole thing up with me. The floors need cleaning the haven't been waxed in years. Also there are only a couple of carts and they are never cleaned

Did everything on line came in Tabathaa was awesome stayed late pass lunch to check me in refund my lock deposit. Place was clean and elevator was quick. I am sure if I had a problem they would have taken care of it. I didn't have one and the move was smooth. read more

I made my reservation for a unit over the phone and as soon I went in, we were able to pull up all my information. I initially asked for the wrong kind of unit, but it was painless to switch and didn't cost much more money. The staff were really friendly and made moving my stuff that much easier. read more

Toshaa was very helpful in getting us enough space and a quick move in. We only needed the space for a couple of months and the move-in discount made it a no brainer. Easy access from I-95, convenient covered loading area - great for when it rains! read more

i was at the storage place for 3hrs and no one was at the front desk- meanwhile it's only 11:30am on a Sunday ... the paper clock was on the door that showed a return time of 9am?? (Did they quit?) ... I called the location several times and no answer - my code for the gate wasn't working ... i had no clue where my storage unit was located - so I had to call the 800 number for a customer service agent to help activate my entry code- and to locate my storage unit ... i was late bringing back my rental truck-- no AC in the elevator waiting area - the place wasnt clean ..I'm looking to relocate asap- I've rented at Public storage for years - The Bronx location is cleaner and better than this- I'm super disappointed.... read more

I like this location because it is tucked away in an industrial area but easily accessible and right off of I-95. It's extremely easy to get a truck in and out of there. I like the ladies that work there. I like the deal they gave me but I did have to fight a little. There are other storage places out there but public storage is probably the best. Then again I've only tried two others lol. I've moved out but I'd move back in any day LOL read more

Run for the hills! Rate hike after a few months by ~20+%, arrogant / rude / cooks sales Reps. It's not worth the stress. There a lot of other nearby storage facilities in the area - do not rent here you will regret it - I HAVE. My personal experience with Public Storage located at 400 is Industrial Ave., Boynton Beach, FL is a nightmare. We have not even had a 6 months rental and they have increased the rent, citing they have maintenance and other operating expenses. What? That place is FILTHY, DIRTY, and garbage is in every crevice. Not to mention, staff is never available, I have to drive there to get a single question answered. I must say I believe it's this location. I rented years back at another Public Storage for 4 years and never had a price hike - the management at this facility are thieves. Like I said before RUN - RUN - RUN. This place is close to where I'm moving from, close to I95, the staff was friendly and the process went pretty quick. It seems like one of the nicer storage places which is why I picked it. Mary was my rep, she's awesome. All in all it was a good experience, can't wait to "move in" haha read more

Over the years, I have looked at several storage places in several states. I really appreciate the Public Storage I went to today. Mary, asked good questions, to make sure I was getting the right type and amount I wanted to pay, she wasn't pushy. She also did a great job explaining the details of the rental agreement. Very pleased with the whole building cleanliness and setup. Its also very close to my house and the hours work for me and my situation. Highly recommend them. read more

I've visited this location multiple times and have always received the best service from the staff in the office. Mary was there to help me and was eager to get me a good deal on a unit. Like others have said as well its extremely accessible right off the interstate and is actually a clean well kept facility. I have used others in the past and this is the best one yet. read more
