Woman named Ilena LIED about catching me smoking in the unit AND stated I argued with her because she saw my religious artifacts and got scared. THEIR contract says 7 days notice of termination even if no default on payment. Well, I was given 2 days and only found out when I tried to get in my unit. NO EMAIL, NO PHONE CALL, OR US MAIL = BREACH OF THEIR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Must be a franchise location because corporate agreed they violated but could do nothing about it. smdh worse experience of discrimination ever. Ilena or Edna saw my religious and spiritual artifacts in MY unit and became VERY afraid and had the district manager terminate my lease because I was bringing "bad luck" to the place lol. Signed a contract for a 10x10 unit for $197 per month. After six months they unilaterally raised the rent to $267 per month, an increase of $70 per month! No notice, nothing. Just a bill $70 more than last month's. I think this is borderline deceptive trade practice. In any event, I will be emptying my unit and taking my business elsewhere by the end of the month. Office hours are posted on the door. I've gone 4 different times and it is locked. Not wasting my time anymore with this company.

Great concept, streamlined process electronically, no carts to take your stuff to the units.

Difficult to get the staff to answer the phone and they charge a massive fee for canceling. I would not recommend them for anyone.

I would give you guys 5 stars honestly from the bottom of my heart I would as the staff is awesome and the facility is clean, but that ELEVATOR is a public safety conc waiting to happen. You should not need a decoder ring to use an elevator fearing dropping your car keys in the tracks because someone is cheapening out on safe concerns. Please get that elevator tech on-site before tragedy strikes. read more

Buyer beware. They automatically charge you $22 for the lock unless you bring your own. Go to Walmart and buy yourself a lock. $22 is a rip off. First months insurance is mandatory. Minimum ins is $11. With that said, this place is very well organized and clean. Security cameras everywhere. Elevator operates with private code as does the parking entrance where you load n unload your stuff. Oh, they make u sign a long ass contract as if ur buying a house. read more

Don't use this location. Worker Lilliana is extremely rude. Missed a payment by two days and $36 late fee was added. By ten days they add another $66. They call and threaten to auction your stuff. They're extremely expensive and will automatically charge you $22 for a lock unless you bring one yourself. read more

Lillien, the property manager is the worst. The unit I reserved was rented. The unit I was issued had a damaged latch and I could not lock the unit. Took 3 weeks to get a new latch. I was not allowed to move to a new unit. New latch came on a Monday. I was there Saturday and was not informed latch had arrived. Lillien barked that she was too busy to get around to my latch. After I snapped @ Lillien she then the reason for not fixing the latch that she was "JUST A WOMAN". I was emptying out my unit as Lillien finally got around to installing the latch. Also, the Regional Manager Kristina never returned calls or addressed any issues. read more

Dont get fooled by the 1$ promo or low monthly rates ads. I was told one rate and then 4 months into my contract they raised my monthly rate by 26$. They didnt tell me when i signed that my rent would be raised by soooo much after only a few months, but they do have it nicely hidden in those little fine little prints....I feel taken advantage of. Lets be honest, no one reads the entire fine print, but it is the responsibility of the business to inform you if they know in advance that your rent will increase only four months into your contract....as a facility it is a good place to store your items, but they have a lot to learn in regards to fair business ethics....I wont use them again. Check the fine print, if it sounds too good to be true, then maybe there is a reason for that..... read more

The storage property is fine. The company itself is the problem. Once you are in your storage unit, they raise your rent every year. So unless you want to keep moving to other storage companies...you're rent will continue to go up every year. I've figured it's cheaper to purchase an expensive shed than to deal with rate hikes at this company. So short term storage (less than one year) will probably be fine....any longer and it's just not worth paying higher and higher rent. read more

Staff is friendly and helpful. Great 1st month promotion. I like that they have air conditioned storage units so my belongings don't have to be in hot conditions and deteriorate. Facility is clean and secure. I would definitely recommend to a friend. Many different size units available and they have hand carts you can use. Monthly rents are less than other facilities near by. read more
