For this prompt & needed action, I'm indebted to Liz in Dover, who is the best rep with customers that I have ever met. She has done a fabulous job over the ~6 years of my storage there and deserves a raise for her great work. As for the last cooment of 10/2022, think it's not for the Dover location. After 6 yrs of storage there, I've seen none of those comments. The place is clean, well kept up, all employees helpful & respectful. read more

Can get on-site until 9 PM works be nice to have 24 hour access. I think they keep the property well maintained.

They have increased my rent from 219/ month to 386/ month in less than 2 years. First increase was after 4 months, then another after one year and the last one after 22 months. I looked up the same size storage unit for the same property and it's only 150/ month. Don't Ever use this company!!! read more

The grounds are not well kept, the employees smoke cigarettes out of the window in the office behind the front desk. The lights in the entire building of F dont turn on, and there were dead mice in my unit. When I went to speak to the employee, she said 'I'm not worried about the dust bunnies' when I said the lights dont come on, she said the sensors dont work for some reason, I also let her know that although that may be true, the button to turn the lights on/off that override the sensors dont work either. (Mind you the lights worked perfectly fine when I moved my belonging into the space I paid to store them in, I terminated my rental agreement on the spot and moved my belongings into another company's storage. Do not recommend, zero stars but had to give 1 to write this review. read more

Visited this location to secure a unit for my belongings during transition move to new home and Liz could not have been more helpful. I initially spoke with her and then met her when I traveled down to sign papers, etc. There initially was some confusion regarding the cost, but between Liz and Lachell all was worked out and completed in my favor. I have yet to move, but am sure all will go without any issues. Liz and Lachell are credits to your organization, most professional, friendly and above it all, helpful. They deserve a 'way to go girls' from the powers that be, thanks. read more

I vacated my 2 units 4 days into the month, after I had paid the monthly fee ON TME, I was told that day I would get my pro-rated fees the next day. It is now the 16th of the month and each time I call or go to the office I'm told it's being worked on (although for 8 days they said the electronic funds had not cleared, which is not possible) Today I was told it could take 6 to 8 weeks. I'm not sure the game they are playing but my refund would be close to $400, and I continue to get a run around. Just to update on this issue, I received a call about my posting the following day, Kathy committed to resolving the problem that day - today is June 2nd and I'm still out my money and have made 2 follow up calls to her with no results. read more

Please make sure that you thoroughly read your contract because they failed to explain that after three months of being a customer your fees will go up $30 . After going into the office and paying my monthly bill they duplicated the payment . I am have an extremely hard time having my money put back on my card I would not recommend this place to my enemy. read more

Awful place! If NO STARS was an option it would be my choice. Do not rent from them. Go anywhere else or you will regret it! Liz and Tiffany (I believe is the other woman's name) are inconsiderate, display poor customer service and lie. They have overcharged me twice and put a late payment fee on my account in which I have the proof it was paid on time. It took 3 months to get the late charge off of the account. They also put insurance on both units when we clearly told them we decline it bc of our homeowners insurance. I set up autopay each month and didn't realize they had messed up until the 2nd months of payments. Tiffany rushed through the iPad lease documents and clearly hit accept when we declined and then blamed it on us. She is the one that kept clicking things and assuring us it was correct bc she wanted to leave. Then when I called she said we needed to come in to fix it. I pay $185 a month for a large unit and the door doesn't even open correctly and the light inside is broken. I could keep going on and on but I think I've made my point how bad this place is. COCKROACHES!!!! I am currently using this storage facility, I normally don't do reviews but I am doing this one to help someone out before they get a storage at this place!! Yes it is cheap which is why I gave it 2 stars. I went to my storage today to grab some work clothes and out of my clothes runs a cockroach!!! I have NEVER had them anywhere I have lived and now I see one in my clothes in storage!! It has me outraged and nobody was in the office but I will be in there first thing tomorrow!!! So if you don't want to deal with these critters I would suggest spending a few extra dollars and going somewhere else because to my understanding getting rid of them is no easy task!! read more
