When I signed up I was paying $68 a month, by the time I moved out, I was paying $155/month for a unit they were advertising to new customers right now online for just $72/month. When I reached out to ask if they could match the new-customer rate or offer something more reasonable, they only offered me $25 off. That didn't feel like much of a thank-you for being a loyal customer for half a decade. Facility also rarely had the restrooms open almost any time I visited, even during office hours. Most facility's I looked at have restrooms available during all access hours. I ended up moving to a different storage facility that's not only brand new, but gave me the same size unit for even less than the cubesmart new-customer rate. Disappointing experience overall--CubeSmart doesn't seem to value long-term customers.

I read the fine print and…read moreunderstood the drop off policies and the filling up of the gas, and the mileage because I asked questions to make it clear to me and I double confirm it with Uhaul Corporate as well as the the local businesses that works with Uhaul for the pick up and drop off of its trucks to make sure all parties are on the same page. When you rent a Uhaul make sure you read the fine print and ask questions if something is not clear. The attendants are not mind readers. You cannot expect them to know what your questions are if you don't ask or if you are not prepared. They will answer the questions to the best of their ability. If somebody at their office cannot answer your questions then find somebody who can. Instead of having to complain alot because you didn't know something and they failed to tell you because you never asked the "question" or made an inquiry about it. Don't just settle for I don't know, get your answer first before signing up for anything to avoid complaints. The Assistant Manager Arnie was very precise, professional, answers all questions, direct to the point and no BS! Ask the right questions and you get the right answers fast with superb service!

We had little to no hope since it was late Saturday night and needed service on Sunday. These guys not only responded right away (at 9pm Sat, wow!), they offered the lowest rates - they really wanted to help. They showed up as scheduled the next day and started moving right away. The 2 movers were extremely efficient AND careful. We really appreciate that they didn't complain about anything and also figured out a way to navigate thru narrow passages with heavy items - without making a dent or scratch. They wanted $300!! Heck no! My lightbulb went off and I jumped on Yelp to find someone and reached out to my year fine people. They contacted me in 5 min and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. It was late in the day so I thought they would go out the next day but they said they could take care of it the same evening. I could pay online and didn't have to be there. They took a picture when they arrived and sent it to me. Then they took a picture to show me they were done. It took them no time at all and lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. This company is very reasonable, quick and professional . I was appreciative of their good work and will use them again for sure.

I was covering for a sales rep of mine and had to access this unit without an prior knowledge of the unit. We use contract to use storage facilities for our sales reps and have several of them across the US. The person on site at this location (Josie) was extremely professional and helpful; going out of her way to make sure my visit was both productive and pleasant. These are the type of employees that make a company great and why companies like ours use the Public Storage facilities almost exclusively as opposed to other less managed properties. When in doubt go for a company that is nationally known and managed well. Keep up the great work Josie, your company should feel very luck to have an employee like you!
