When unloading we had one piece that was heavy and she was willing to help but I insisted it was too much for her so she called someone that came and gave us a hand, strong guy and he left and didn't want to take any money. Good people are still around in this world and Robin and friend are some of them. I have it on autopay so second month is free. We will be tenants for a while.

I was informed to stop inside the onsite location and it would be applied. However, that location is closed due to staff shortages. I called today to inform that we had vacated the facility and inquired about the discount and told him of my experience. He stated that my online application shows that I selected non- military. However this was not the case. That section would not allow you to pick active duty. He then proceeded to say that he will contact his district manager about the discount and I would be required to show my ID. I said that's not a problem. He then asked if I were the Military individual. I said I am a veteran but my spouse is active duty. He then replied, well you would not qualify for the discount because the unit is not in your husbands name. Um, should I expect to put everything in my spouses name just to get a discount? Moving is expensive and whether I signed the contract or my husband, my household is Military. I only picked this location as it said first month free, however it was not and had to pay the first and get the 2nd month free. Just shady!!! MILITARY WIFES or MILITARY HUSBANDS be aware! Very aware before you use this company!!!

The door is always I mean always broken all summer the door was broke off like off the henges exposing everyone in that building units for easier access to break in with no access code because the door is wide open . since the end of august the door is now completely broke so I have to get in threw a whole other side !!! why ?? why would I have to deal with this with a storage I pay to have access too your management sucks ! there is feces smeared all over the floor brown spots everywhere gross I want all my money I ever paid back to move to a proper establishment
