There is never any employees here! My girlfriend and I recently got a storage unit and have had some issues and there has yet to be a single employee here during their open hours and also the representatives told us two different things. Please spare yourself!! I had to pay 100 for a lock from them and it was broken. Then I had to pay 350 for a lock smith to come let me get my stuff!! Moving is stressful enough and this place is not worth the struggle. Felt scammed through the whole process. I would never trust them with my belongings again! read more

A very positive experience at a brand new facility. My reservation was done online for a no-contact experience. I did end-up needing assistance from the front office. Lisa quickly responded to my questions & helped me with my unit. I also received a pleasant call from Harry. He asked how he could help & walked me through the contactless procedures. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Gate and door access using the Public Storage mobile app is a nice touch. Longer unit access would be nice. Access to units close at 9pm. My biggest gripe is related to the monthly unit cost increase. In the contract is does mention that cost may increase at anytime. After only a few months, my 5X10 unit went from $67 to $92. Seemed a bit excessive. I called public storage to express my concern. They dropped it back to $67 and then increased it back to $92 shortly after. I came across numerous complaints similar to mine. Please be mindful that your monthly unit cost WILL increase. read more

I reserved online and got email that it was ready for me to move in. That was Tuesday. I went for the first time Thursday. It had a lock on it. Office was already closed so I called the next morning. I was assured by the manager that he would go take care of the problem. Brought a truckload at 5pm and it was still locked. When I complained in the office, I was told to "calm down". He also lied and said he's sure he unlocked it and doesn't know what happened. Because of these 2 delays I lost some of my moving help and had to pay an extra day for moving truck. I reserved a unit on Xmas eve in the late afternoon & upon further consideration, on the day after Xmas, booked a unit closer to the home I'm moving out of (same company: Public Storage) & less than 48 hours (the day after Xmas) I tried to find the process for the 2-day Termination notification required of customers & was told the $24.00 "administration" fee would not be refunded. So I got back the $1.00 for the 1st month promotional fee, the $19.00 for their lock which I declined but could not waive until move-in as long as I produced my own lock, & the $15.00 insurance fee. They grabbed the $24.00 & would not refund it even tho' mu move-in date was still 5 days away & my reservation had been made less than 48 hours earlier & surely sat on a desk over Xmas day. Really shoddy & shameful money grab. read more

Absolute ROBBERY. Im in 5×10 which IN 11 MONTHS has ballooned to almost $90 A MONTH! Its advertised in the building, same floor, same 5×10 postage stamp...for $62. Me... steady customer $86...not yet being scammed $62. Throw your stuff away unless you need less than a month because your rent WILL GO UP IMMEDIATELY!! And who knows bettwr than the business themselves its real easy to get locked into their price gouging because you have already invested 50x what your stuff is even worth. Make a buck...im ALL FOR IT...but this place is like the loan sharks of storage... call family, donate, yard sale...i would've lit my stuff on fire before renting here if i had known. read more
