VERY MISLEADING!! Their website said the unit was on second floor, but after I had finished the online registration and payment I recived an email saying my unit was on the 4th floor with no "real" ceiling. Hopefully I won't need ot longer then a month or 2. read more

Hey folks FYI this place will bleed you dry nickel and dime you. If you use their automated service to make a payment they charge $10 if you call customer service the Will charge $20 to make the payment. Absolutely ridiculous. Be cautious when renting a space from them. read more

My husband and I rented a space from here not long ago and I must say it is the best storage company we've done business with so far. The customer service was half of it. Our representative we worked with, Tabitha, was a huge help! She quoted us correctly the first time so there weren't any hidden fees popping up later and she was always so friendly. Usually the customer service people at places like this walk around like they hate their life/job and that usually reflects on their customer service skills...so it was refreshing working with someone that at least acted like she wanted to be at work. On top of this, our space was clean and I feel safe keeping our stuff there. Highly recommended. read more

Great staff that is always willing to help if you have any questions or problems. They keep the facility nice and clean. I have several units. My only issue is it appears that they love to keep raising the rent about every few months. And for the price - which is above average, but a nice facility - one would think that they could fix the second elevator. It must be going on 4months now. I like the property. With the covered parking at entrance you can get in and out when raining and keep dry. The units are fine. Property is clean, units are clean, and the grounds. We have 1 on 4th floor, one on 3rd. So you do have to deal with elevators. Just use a cart. My only big disappointment I guess more with Management of Co. is that there is NO loyalty reward at all after any 1st month "deal". I've been there a long time and every 10-12 months they go up on rental fee a little. So it keeps going slowly up and up so that eventually wipes out whatever deal you get on move in. At least for LOYALTY they could skip every other rental increase....keep your cost in check for loyalty!!! There are a bajillion storage sites. Cost. that is only disappointment. read more
