Bait and switch, buyer beware. Signed up for their online promotion, which included a $1 month of service and a $40 monthly fee thereafter. The $1 fee was replaced with a $40 "sign up" fee at the "closing". After my first 4 months they raised my fee by almost 50%. I was told rates are based on supply and demand, despite the fact the $40 rate was still available online. I was told that rate was for "new" customers. Grace has been awesome, helping me out with whatever I needed and going out of her way, always with a smile and an awesome attitude. She keeps the place spotless and is an incredibly hard worker! She deserves a raise for all she does!! Did run into issues with pricing on this unit being different than my original quote given online. Grace put in a note, hoping that the rate would be adjusted but that never happened. Prices at this location have just gone sky high, unfortunately. Price increase this month was pretty high! Public Storage - Self Storage Near Me - Littleton, Colorado

The storage unit itself is very nice and moving in went great! However when i was vacating a unit i was holding the door for my movers to get a couch out. While I was doing this the new lady at the front desk screamed at me to close the door and stated she mentioned this to me earlier, when this was the first interaction I had with her. After she yelled at me about this she walked to where I was standing and slammed the door to make a point. Following this I asked how I return my keys, the woman then proceeded to snatch my keys from me and slam the office door without saying a word to me after she first yelled. Overall pleased with the facility but not pleased with the customer service and would not recommend this to others in the Littleton area. There are many other nice facilities near by that have many nice employees. I typically wouldn't leave a review but was encouraged by my movers who witnessed this as well as my dad. read more

This is the fifth storage facility I have known over the past 10 years. Security is very good; you not only need a code to enter the building, but you need a code for the elevator and then the elevator is programmed to only go to your floor, no other floor. The elevators are right by the entryway. When I get off on my floor, I am facing clean bathrooms and clean drinking fountains. So convenient! The air conditioning is adequate. My husband and I had 2 10x20 units at the Bowles Ave/ Littleton CO location, from our out of state move this summer.  And last week on one day,  we had 5 movers, 2 trucks, and a very packed schedule for moving out and getting everything to our new house. James, the manager, was on-time to open the building and was great in promptly working with my husband, facilitated fast ingress/egress for our many upcoming loads by opening one elevator for freight and setting open the entrance sliders to avoid entering codes every load. During the move, James worked with us to close out the accounts for our units, deal with locks, etc. --  so no extra time was required there.  At the end of the move-out, James unlocked the trash dumper and allowed us to throw away a few things, a huge help. In summary --  James did a great, helpful, responsive job in facilitating our huge and very tight-scheduled loading and moveout.  Husband thanked him verbally, but we also believe employees like James should be recognized to others and to their bosses! read more

Excellent facility, warm and welcoming employees, great prices!

Reserved a storage unit and went in person to begin moving things into the unit. However, was unable to do so due to the fact that Robin had not provided a key and when I came back down the elevator to ask why the door/gate would not open, was not given very helpful assistance or good customer service at all. In fact, the opposite. She was quite unpleasant and claimed she didn't understand what the problem was and proceeded to speak to me as though I was the one who could not figure out how to open the door. I was left with no choice but to push the flatbed cart back to my car and load up my things back into my vehicle. This was a huge inconvenience but more than anything, made me upset because of her poor attitude. Called the next day since she had left in a hurry and turns out she had indeed given me a locked unit. In addition, there are two elevators at this facility but because the number of people attempting to use them, was causing quite a backup of people waiting on the first floor. Would have taken the stairs but could not find the door leading to the stairwell. Was going to take my business elsewhere all because of Robin but am hoping to have this resolved with professionalism, either with a supervisor or manager onsite. read more

Clean units, easy to rent and pay online, the elevators and I didn't get along (I had to re-enter my code a couple of times to go up but they always worked) but otherwise this is a safe, convenient, and affordable location if you need storage. read more
