All good until three months in and they decided to raise the rent $158 a month. The reason I was given was "due to market conditions". Will get this emptied and move on. read more

Please do not fall in the trap . I called and got a unit in Palm Beach Gardens on Military Trail . I had an agent call me and I asked them questions to make sure I wouldn't be over charged with acce there one month for a dollar . They assured me there was no hidden fees . I rented the unit which I only needed for a month and explainEd that to them . I went ahead and paid and then two weeks later I got charged another 99.00 . I called and they said it's because on the 1st the month if your in auto pay then it automatically charges you a prorated charge on the first of the month. They gave me no choice i had to sign up with auto pay . I never write reviews but I had to this time please don't allow them to trick you and take your money . read more

As busy as I have been, I would consider it highway robbery if I didn't allow myself to take a moment and share how amazing my experience has been at Public Storage. There is only one name that stands out and it's.....Ms. Kat. Ms. Kat definitely represents Public Storage in a professional manner! She's always pleasant and she looks for additional ways to be of assistance to her customers. I "highly" recommend if anyone is in search for a storage unit to stop by and pay Ms. Kat a visit. I am new to FL and this is the first time I have had to have a short term self storage. The office manager, Senabria, was absolutely amazing. She made the whole experience quick and easy. Vivien at this particular location was amazing. She did everything she could to help me find a storage unit for the best price comparable to other Public Storage locations around the area. It was my first time renting a storage so I didn't know what size would be best, but she had all of the right questions to assist me in making a decision that would fit all of my things. This location offers security cameras while someone is on duty from 9-5 and if there isn't someone on duty, gates are closed but you can still gain access to your things with a security passcode only at certain hours of the day. Vivien really helped me and went above and beyond so I could save money as well as time driving around to other locations. Would definitely recommend this location! Thank you Vivien! read more

I dealt with Isabella. She was so helpful from beginning to end and very knowledgeable. She is bilingual so she help me with that too. History

Established in 1972.

The first Public Storage building opened in El Cajon California, but the new business was only supposed to be temporary. Two partners pioneered the concept as a way to use their real estate investment while they waited for the Southern California community to take off and value of their land to grow. They kept building, and people continued to fill their units. Eventually the pair realized that self-storage was here to stay, and they never looked back. Today, there are thousands of neighborhood Public Storage locations to choose from, many right around the corner from you.

I'm leaving this warning for anyone considering renting a unit at this Public Storage in [insert location or address here, e.g., West Palm Beach, Florida]. Today I went to pick up my boat and discovered that I was the victim of a major theft inside this storage facility, a place that's supposed to be safe and monitored by security cameras 24/7. Stolen items: (2) Marine batteries - $400 (1) Rockville marine amplifier - $280 (4) Kicker Marine bar speakers - $1,600 (2) Kicker 6" speakers - $250 (5) Life jackets (1) Battery jumper - $90 (2) Lock keys (wheel and trailer locks) Total estimated loss: over $2,600. What's most outrageous is the attitude of the staff -- extremely rude, cold, and indifferent, showing no willingness to help at all. Not a single employee came to inspect the scene, even after I asked multiple times. It honestly feels like they're already used to these thefts -- or worse, they know exactly what's going on and choose to ignore it. I spoke with several other customers while I was there, and everyone confirmed that thefts are common at this location. This means there's a serious and ongoing security problem, and the management does absolutely nothing to protect customers. The storage company immediately denied any responsibility, saying they won't pay for the damages -- even though the theft happened inside their facility, which is supposed to be covered with cameras that "mysteriously" never record anything. This is unacceptable and shows a huge failure in security and management. It feels like a complete scam: you pay a high price for a "secure" storage space, trust your property there, and later find out that robberies happen often and no one is held accountable. My warning to everyone: Before renting here, go visit the location and look around the back area. Talk to other renters -- many will confirm that thefts happen all the time. Don't trust the so-called "security" they advertise. I truly hope this review helps prevent others from going through what I did.

We started at $50/mo and 2 months later were being charged $85 dollars a month then 6 months after that $112 per month for a 10x10 unit. They also do not prorate if you terminate mid month so you will not get any refund on your payment if you leave earlier in the month than your next payment due date. Find anywhere else to store your stuff. They also have RATS, water intrusions inside the air conditioned units and bugs. Deplorable

Horrible company don't waste your time go to public storage instead we moved our belongings into…read morethe unit at the location on blue heron blvd in Riviera Beach Fl in the beginning of December 2022 as we transition and try to find a new home and two weeks later we go to the unit to retrieve some items and the unit is flooded from rain water pouring through the ceiling into our unit we immediately notified the staff who took pictures and sent it to the manager who then advised us that they can give us another unit which we accepted because we really had no choice we later filed a claim because insurance is included in our monthly bill and yesterday we received a email 2 months later and we're still renting a unit from them the email stated our claim was denied because we filed for mold damage and the policy covers water damage we never filed for mold damage they just don't want to pay and clearly the entire staff is aware of what happened because they were there and can witness seeing the water pouring down the walls into our unit and the day after our unit flooded they had a company their repairing the flooded roof this is unfair to us because most of the items cannot be replaced this location has horrible customer service and doesn't care about it's customers they just want to sit back and collect rent money every month

It feels like every transport company has either horror stories of the car falling off the trailer and the driver didn't have insurance, car was taken to the Mexican boarder and never seen again, or obviously fake reviews. I eventually landed on Zip Auto Ship for two big reasons. First, the sheer number of legit 5-star reviews. Not AI-written nonsense, no bots, actual people with real experiences. I honestly didn't believe it at first. Second, I called and spoke with Josh, and that conversation alone pretty much sealed it. He didn't give me the usual sales pitch. He walked me through how the process works, why prep and proper insurance coverage matter, and how carefully he vets the carriers he works with. It was clear he actually cares about doing things the right way, and that immediately put me at ease. For context, I got five quotes total: two from friends' recommendations, two local companies, and then Josh at ZipAutoShip. Not only did Josh have the best reviews and the most transparent communication, but his quote was the best price by a noticeable margin. About 10% cheaper than everything else I looked at. And again... zero pressure. No pushing, no guilt-tripping, just straight answers and a fair number. From there, he made the whole thing ridiculously easy. He took my info, contacted the current owner on my behalf, coordinated everything with the carrier, and lined up the pick-up and delivery without me having to babysit the process. The car showed up at my door in Little Rock four business days after my first call with him. Smooth, simple, exactly what you hope for when shipping a vehicle but rarely get. And honestly, one of the things I appreciated most: he didn't spam me afterward. No "hey can you leave a review?" messages, no follow-up hustle. Just a job well done and letting the work speak for itself. That actually says a lot about the kind of business he runs. If I ever have to ship a car again, there's absolutely no question I'm calling Josh. Save yourself the headache and just go with Zip Auto Ship.

Public Storage in Palm Beach Garden offers strong rental space solution to people in need of space while moving. On Christmas 2013, I had to move out in a rush and had stuff all over the place. I then went to PS in PBG to get advice on my situation. I got a pretty good assessment from the manager before I contracted the services, her detalish explanation on the offering and space size I need was impeccable. I rented a small unit 5 by 10. The features that made me choose this provider was Hours Open, on premise Security, cleanness and easy access to premises, controlled environment plus fairly good prices and easy online account management. Manager was empathetic and good listener- able to capture my needs. In addition, she has been following up with me pretty tightly with phone calls just checking up on how I am doing. The agent over the phone searched for locations near my home with discounts and promotions, she sent me a link to pay online and everything was confirmed and detailed in an email. I was using cheap dollar store locks to keep my unit locked up. Senabria convinced me to get a better lock by educating me on the mechanics of a store-bought lock versus a more secure Public Storage lock. The location, itself, is safe, well-lit and very, very clean. My only hang-up about anything is not being able to use the water faucet like I used to. But not everybody uses that privilege well, so I can certainly understand that. read more
