We have met the woman on the weekends and the weekday staff; all great people that are accommodating and pleasant to work with. They were pretty full but they had a couple of units to work with and they were able to get us in right away. The facility is air conditioned, clean, and is organized really well. They offer a lot of equipment to roll your stuff to your unit and they have a big elevator. It's not 24 hours but they have good enough hours for us. We feel good about our decision to keep our belongings here.

As with any rational human being, I am concerned about where I leave my belongings. First and foremost, I want to make sure that the items are SECURE. (crazy?) When I called to get more information and potentially make a reservation, the first thing I asked was: "what sort of security do you have at the facility?" (something to that effect). The gentleman who answered seemed VERY taken aback. Like shocked. Offended. In fact, he told me and I quote, "no one has ever asked about that before". What?!? People don't ask what sort of security one has at a facility whose only purpose is to safely secure one's possessions? I asked him "how long have you worked at this place?". He said "five years". FIVE YEARS and I am the ONLY person to have asked this question (which he didn't want to answer btw). Does that sound true to you? To anyone? No. It sounds insane. So hey! OWNER. Send me a DM. Once Prime Storage acquired the facility, Rebecca stopped working there. It has never been the same and continues only to decline. Not only does the AC almost never work, I have seen water flowing out of people storage units, and into the stairwell, and the elevator is out on an honest weekly basis. No one is ever in the office, so you scan a QR code to speak to someone that is offsite and has to look up the property in the system and try to guide you as someone that has never even been there. Absolutely worthless. We will be moving our items as soon as we can. Oh, right, one last thing - they continue to raise the rates on everyone regularly.

He gave me a code to walk into the unit. the first impression is that for it being "climate control" it was hot and humid in there. He asked me to remove a tag that locks the unit so that I could see it. I removed the lock, but the door would not open. They are roll-up doors. I could sense he was annoyed but he then asked me to try another unit. I removed the tag and tried to open the door but it was not rolling up. I knew at this point that perhaps I was doing something wrong. so I asked him if there was something else I needed to do with the latch. To my question he responded "I mean it's pretty self explanatory how to open a door". I'm sorry what? I don't think that's how you handle this situation. They need to train the staff on how to problem solve if they are not going to have someone on premises.
