The manager Manny acted like some thug from the hood when we went in to complain about how ignorant his wife was to myself and my wife. We took our belongings and went elsewhere because it wasn't safe keeping it there. We purposely put our lock on a certain direction 3 times and every time the lock was put on backwards when we came back. Each time our things were rummaged through. Who would ever trust that!? We found this place online and were not disappointed. The service at the front counter was exceptional! Nicole was a rockstar and not only set us up with the best deal with utmost trust and confidence in this place, but she hooked me up with local coffee, shared with me some of the awesome things that I should check out in my new hometown, and had a great sense of humor. I needed all of that!! The storage unit is amazing and very secure and clean! The accessibility hours are wonderful and easy access for after office hours. I ended up choosing Mr. Storage for a year rental and everything worked out perfectly. I called well in advance to reserve a 5x5 unit. I live in Center City and rented a UHaul to move my stuff. There was street parking and the staff (a woman named Sylvia) was helpful. There were carts available to move your things. You receive a key which I guarded for dear life for a year (there is a replacement fee if you lose it). I paid in advance for 6 months and my rent only went up once by a few dollars (and I subsequently paid for the next 6 months to avoid any future price increases). Check out of the rental was quick and painless. All my stuff was in the same condition as I left it and I had 0 issues. One thing to look out for is their times because sometimes there's limited hours. I had to pick up my stuff one day later than my last day I paid for and I emailed them and they were very nice to say it was no problem. If I need storage again, I will definitely choose this business!

Over the '26 winter some pipes froze which caused flooding and major damage to many units. If they…read moresimply kept the heat running at a minimum, this wouldn't have happened. Also during the winter they leave the big bay doors open all day, so it's freezing inside. The big doors are left open while the industrial heater is running, so they likely spend a fortune on gas, then raise prices to compensate for the wasted money. And then they apparently didn't run the heat at night when it got down to 0F for a new nights. The interior is filled with pigeons that crap everywhere, including over your unit. Your stuff will likely be covered with bird droppings. They need to get rid of the birds once and for all. How do they get in? As I said, they leave the big garage doors open. When you inspect the place, look around on the ground at all the bird droppings. Lots of mice here. They'll eat things in your unit even if there's no food stored. They'll eat paper, wool, and will pee and crap all over your stuff. I had a cough for over a month after cleaning the mess. Very dusty and dirty interior. I have no idea from what. Maybe because idiots leave their diesel trucks running inside. Maybe partly because Route 95 is close. A thick coat of black gunk will cover all your stuff. Make sure everything is well covered and protected from mice, bird dropping, dust, and water from above and below.

If you park your car anywhere close to their "gym" they threaten to tow your vehicle.
